  1. Sorry, i posted it for another user, but i must have not copied the link for the quest. Its here: http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=35
  2. Here is where you ought to look. I tried to highlight it, but it wouldn't let me, so click on the link and its about 1/2 way down the page.
  3. Hm, spectator trolls are easy to kill... But seeing as you've changed the task, change the title and ask for it to be locked. Save people like me posting when you dont need my help :( Makes me feel unwanted
  4. With your defence, i'd say kill Trolls. They're easy to kill, and have good drops. Or, you could try killing Greendragons. They drop bones/hides, and clues. :
  5. Poker has lots of work, so take advantage of that and whoop him as hes a slacker : Goodluck.
  6. Goodluck. Nice blog. Its a shame no-one posts, just because you dont have a phat set.
  7. The pyramid also requires some food, (good food) anti poisons, and it is only really good for high level thiefs, who have access to most of the doors. The first few doors have very little xp.
  8. Here is the link to the Tip.It Farmers guide. Last time i checked, you need to find the appropriate spot, and then do all the usual things to the soil, before putting in the see.
  9. Fastest way is just simply using green dragon hides and making the best armour you can. - Provided money isn't an issue. If you want to make some money, then use flax - But its quite slow and boring.
  10. Here is an awesome guide on Pyramid plunder. However, just for the sake of 53, i'd stick with farmer. Its boring, but ALOT less hassle.
  11. His breaths are long range - Everytime i've been there (about 6), i've never been able to find a safe-spot, where the breath cant hit me. Please tell me where it is?
  12. Erm, the extra 1.2k will you get like level 15... Evey pure gets 31 pray at some time. Also, i'd advise you to check out the Tip.It Combat calculator, and see if they extra pray level would actually effect your desired combat. As your combat goes up, it would effect you less... I think. :-k
  13. Erm, that calculator is VERY accurate. My max hit is always as high as it says, with every type of arrows. Unless you genuinley want someone with 99 range to use pray and addy arrows to prove it wrong?
  14. Its the excess demand being eaten up, and stupid merchants still trying to sell, which makes the excess supply. This is why the prices slowly fall down. Look at Yews. With new capes they cost 310ea, then merchants wanted more, so they try push it to 320 each... So, in come the 'rich' players, then get 99 fletching, and these goes the demand for yews at a high price. Then the Merchants are left with 000 000's of yews, and no-one paying 320each... The price then goes to 300ea, then 290, then 280... This is exactly the same for bowstrings aswell.
  15. Pray is not essential, however you'll most likely need a 'blocker' to get in between you and certain NPCs, so you can mage/range it. The sub-quests get you 1.2k pray xp (priest in peril) Its by no means impossible, just very hard. When my pure is unbanned, it is what im shooting for.
  16. Rares. But they're falling in price. They used to have inelastic demand (as price went up, demand stayed the same), but due to the skill capes and lack of desire for people to want rares, the demand dropped, and excess supply was created- which made the demand elastic (price went up, demand hugely fell) which forced the price down... Whats worse is, there are no predicitions for it to substantially rise either... Construction has definitey died out as a marker. The people who could afford it have got the level they want, whats left is just the odd merchant, and maybe a lucky third person reward winner, who fancies 99 con. Nothing big.... However, this is more of a discussion. I'll ask a Mod to move it for you, if they feel it doesn't belong here.
  17. Granite shields are generally low in demand, even with the new updates. They're roughly 80-100k... From my merchanting experience, the new Granite body only really sableised the price at around 100k. Also, i slayed over 1k Spectator Trolls, and didn't get anything but a few herbs. As for the flooded market; Granite legs (or full granite) would generally be opted by lower levels. As they cant normally afford it, they're priced out the market. Higher levels who can afford Granite legs, simply do see they point in buying them, as the defence is inferior to that of Torags, which is of a similar price. Because of this, it seems il-logical for them to want to purchase a Granite shield. Also, you'll notice players dont often keep Granite shields for long periods of time. I've seen numerous level 50-60's selling them, when they couldn't slay the monster that drops them. This factor just leads to circulation of the existing shields, and keeps the price the same. Due to the nature of the demand for Granite shields, i would suspect if people were to start bulk selling, the price would fall. In excess supply chokes up the excess demand, then the excess supply will need to fall in price, in order to sell. In a predicition however, i would highly doubt the supply of granite shields would ever exceed the demand; so the market would have no need to be flooded.
  18. Oops, i meant plague city  And forgot the other two :anxious:
  19. No, as i am currently working on a pure. I have spoke to people who have done it, and im just basing the element of ice having a weakness to fire, so it may be an option.
  20. 1) Edgars Ruse and Biohazrd for modern mage. Desert Treasure for all ancient spells. Same with Lunar. 2) Erm, Lost city - dds, d long, Regicide - hally, Heroes- mace and db axe, monkey madness - d scimi... (Maybe one more?) Spear, 2h, Hatchet dont require quests. 3) I'd do Fremmy trials for the helms and amour. No quests are needed to play Runescape. In my signature is the link to the quest guide, i would suggest you take a browse.
  21. Ice King Thats a link to the bestiary which has a little information about him. Considering hes ice, and you'll have protect from range on, you could try fire spells with mage armour on.
  22. One, buying the items in the Market Place, under 'Armour. Two, have you ever tried to official Runescape forum? They often sell most of the items you're looking for there. Three, im sure there is also a Price Guide someone in the Market Forum... Oh, took me 30 seconds and i found two possible solutions... The rough price list. Price checks.
  23. Nice goals, and some good levels. I'll edit this in a month and see how far you've come.
  24. The higher your mage, the harder you hit with Slayer dart.
  25. Hm, rc is probably the best money make at the moment, as fletching is just being use for capes Why not make, maybe 1m fletching or cutting yews, buy 10 glores and some ess, then rc?
