  1. TNPW link to a webcomic they read.
  2. One that's only going to say that this is going to be a good season, based on what we've seen so far. O:)
  3. Meanwhile, all of the book fans are watching the speculation from the sidelines and and occasionally giggling to themselves.

I know! But its going to rain in Jersey that night so it might be too cloudy for me :( Luckily, there are going to be three more visible from the Americas this year.
  5. Yes, we know butterflies are bugs, but what about the glitch?

As an introvert, I disagree. As an introvert, I disagree. :P As an introvert, I'm terribly uncomfortable with all of this socialization. :-D

So, for those of us in North America: We've got a Lunar eclipse to look forward to tonight, beginning at just after midnight (PST) or around 3 AM (EST).
  8. Funny how not 12 hours after this, one of the players in the Pathfinder game I'm in played not one, but TWO characters that actively played against the party for the entire session: the first almost getting us killed in a boss fight (Purely on the grounds of "If he died, he's going to take us with him"), the second completely and irrevocably trashed a major part of the setting. I can understand that: he's playing characters with their own goals and never once broke character. But he pretty much built those characters solely to screw over the short- and long- term goals of the rest of the party, he only got away with it because of a number of lucky rolls and fairly exploitative interpretation of the rules (which the GM okayed in other situations - and was clearly not happy about upholding in this one), and he taunted us pretty much the entire time.

Good RPs are really hard to pull off.
  10. I *think* vampyrism is somewhat close to that price as well.
  11. Page 15, Post 11 Because literally everything about it is awful. TNPW do something new-ish.
  12. What? That's how plants look in most games, if you get close enough.
  13. Why wouldn't you keep your riot gear close? You never know when you'll need it.
  14. >Seismic puppy Not seeing a downside here.
  15. Perhaps they should just replace all of your items with kittens and/or puppies, rather than kick you out of the game. That would allow you to reach your daily happiness quota more effectively than just kicking you out.
  16. I can't really bring myself to care about avoiding unfair caricatures when the argument is basically "Making skills less pointlessly grindy will devalue skills". The truth is that most of us have had close to a decade to get where we are. We have had time to achieve most of our goals, and we've had time to set new ones. Take away these "super fast" exp rates (which only deserve that title compared to what they were) and we'd be in the same position, except everyone who didn't join right at the start would have even less of a chance to catch up. The only ones that win are the rank chasers (Especially when - surprise - most of these crazy experience rates are only available at the eleventh hour).
  17. But our achievements today HAVE to be as special as they were eight years ago! If the game moves forward, everything we've done is wasted!

The conspiracy is only deepened by the times of each post.
  19. THAT JUST MAKES THEM MORE APPEALING *fangirling*
  20. The hardest part will be just picking one story. There was the time where we accidentally destroyed a continent, which resulted in: 1: Us turning everything around the largest city in the world into a wasteland that is openly hostile to life (much like Barstow, California). 2: The creation of a sword that's basically a more evil Soul Edge, which the party's survivors dedicating their lives to guarding as a means of atonement. (The GM says we can't have it) 3: The big bad personally appearing just so he could ask us what the hell we just did 4: A lich taking up drinking, and becoming lawful neutral 5: The responsible party member getting soul trapped and the gem being used to decorate the throne of the king of hell 6: Redefining the alignment chart to add a new tier that's more evil than evil (named after the character in 5) 7: Complete, irrevocable derailment of the plot and setting, and everything we've done since then has contributed to the downward spiral of the world. It's funny in the sense that we've screwed up in such a way as to approach 2 full Hendersons, if we didn't exceed it. TNPW post their desktop
  21. There is something strangely endearing about these comics. Link please?
  22. Oh you TNPW use this to pick both a page and a post, and then use that rule.
  23. Alright. TNPW post the last Youtube video they watched.
  24. Silly Pingouin, Garden Tool-Oh doesn't exist! Right then. Dark Souls Machine 360 Xbox 360 is most likely broken, so Scape activity will probably pick up for the foreseeable future (Unless I shell out money for either repairs or a full migration to PC gaming, neither of which is entirely appealing). I do have some relevant stuff to post about though, so it's not complete spam! Managed to get together 27m or so over the course of two or three days, 24 of which I (in complete defiance of common sense) blew on bonds for Runecoins. If I could channel that level of productivity into... Well, productivity, I'd have maxed in 2010. Still, now I look fantastic, and isn't that what really matters? Building off of the previous goal idea, got three of the Mahjarrat Memories down. It's the kind of minithing that's infinitely better if you're not in a hurry and/or stacking it with dailies. May start up a Fire Emblem screenshot run, since I've discovered the magic of challenge runs and it'll give everyone a chance to laugh at my laughably bad tactics, luck, and jokes. Pun intended.
