Well if you have 96 magic you can Use a spell that lets you use spells from other books. So you can now use all teleport spells if you have lunars on. Also high alchemy and any other spells you want to use.

Nitroglyserin makes 25 damage when dropped. You can also get them after you've done digsite quest.

Slayer :|. There's never been anyone with only 99 slay and probaly never will. Yes it's possible but i don't think anyone wants to waste that MUCH time to get it. Also it's not that hard to get 99 construction without 99 skills :|. Just merchant.
