  1. SoaP would have to be one of the most over-rated / hyped movies to date. And on a side note, I believe that Sin City was underrated. I remember a lot of people giving it flack due to there being "no plot" even when you sit down and explain that they are running parallel (exactly like in LOTR) :uhh: And there was also the slight knowledge of the comics to understand some things, but nothing critical.
  2. On that note, I know a lot of people who will be disapointed that it wasn't a croc that got him. Like in Dr Doolittle or whatever it is. Dunno which one it is - I'm sure someone knows.
  3. Nice guy yes. His work was great, both in promoting Australia and his efforts with wild-life.
  4. Granted it's a shame that someone died, but I really didn't like the guy much.
  5. blackbox flight recorder 8-) China alone would set you up for life :P No matter about commercial airlines.
  6. rofl @ Tigra00 I stand by my atheism. Life is simply easier without being unsure about the existance or something, or being concious of everything you do so as to not destroy "eternal salvation" or whatever says.
  7. Tipit has been around long enough to know which accounts are owned by Jagex staff members. And there are Jagex staff on this forum. Just because you're hard pressed to see them post doesn't mean they aren't here.
  8. Or you just get get the real thing
  9. Tech and Computers would be better :uhh: imhomer: what browser are you running?
  10. I had opened it before I posted the pics because I was going to lay it out like I did for Narnia, but ezydvd had it up so I just lifted their pic :P
  11. Damn them recent releases. Last time I went to the PP website there was nothing about a browser release :-k
  12. Will we be able to play against others who have a full, legal copy? :( I doubt that.
  13. holy [cabbage] - gl bro
  14. Yes, and sometimes I have wished I hadn't.
  15. yea can legally download them for free (most of them), although they'll be a demo. Or you can illegally download the full version and not be able to play online.
  16. ____ replied to sparky697's topic in Off-Topic
seems like an ok deal. Try knocking him down a bit first though :P
  17. Less Than Jake. I don't go to concerts very often. I'm more of a live-comedy person :P
  18. Impossible. :( We won't have only one winner though. : I'm sure Albosky can adjust the vote for me ;)
  19. Brisbane isn't in a state of war where people are being killed by another country on a daily basis  Reading and comprehension > you
  20. Can I vote for bf2 AND aoe? :(
  21. PartyPoker isn't actually browser-based. It's a stand-alone application. But it's my fav out of what's there, so meah.
  22. Couldn't that be considered slander and therefore make anyone who has suffered this legally eligable to sue the state for damages? It'd be as bad as that 'dontdatehimgirl' website :uhh:
  23. Don't understand how the compression works do you? The page is not compressed, sent to your phone, then unpacked. The proxy renders the page, compresses it (not sure on the file compression but it returns the file to be about 1/5 of the original) then sends it to you. And knowing Opera, I'd say their proxy caching works as well as their browser cache. Which will have it fairly up to date for each site accessed via the mobile network.
