  1. From what I understand, Suzi's parents are pretty alright. Her mum is addicted to Spyro for one :P
  2. It's rare to get unions demanding above-equilibrium wage, most of the time it's a slight push to stay just far above the cost of living to be able to have part of your annual wage (or hourly rate) not going to required goods and services. The problem is when industry knows this but refuses to budge.
  3. I think Suzi is taller than Mad :D
  4. Nah, I have some pretty out-there.... "bloggers" who will partake in almost anything, if they can. Highly tempting to just remove them as friends just to stop the app invites actually
  5. does that not work for you? :roll:For that to be effective, for me, I'd have to go to every application there is and block it before people send it to me. I've got about 40 different app invites, and more come every day. blocking them once I get them isn't a problem, I just don't want to get them in the first place. Much like making sure spam doesn't reach your inbox :P
  6. I can understand written and spoken English, Spanish, Italian and German. But I can only speak and write English now. The rest faded off as I didn't use them often enough to retain it. So that's like 1 or 2? I dunno :-?
  7. Lousy group assignments and being the only person in said group (of 6) who can code :( It was not pretty. If we failed, I would've protested hardcore because it was a 2 semester subject :uhh: /offtopic
  8. Read thread, then post, [wagon]. If the 360 is faulty, you can get a new one for no charge what so ever, and the number which have the problem is so bloody small the chances of it happening to you is almost non-existant. But then again you're content to pay more for less, a car salesman dream. Enjoy being ripped off through your life.
  9. You once told me not to [bleep] so much, so I have no comment on this election. But I'd say you have a pretty damn good idea of what I think of the current situation.
  10. 30 hours? Easy. 32 1/2 hours is my record, I can't be bothered to do any more. Like I said "no major dramas" or in other words, it's easy ;) 41hrs is my best, and I'll never do it again if I can avoid it.
  11. most people I know are in the SAS and all have tanks = I win. What the [bleep]? I essentially did it to myself, and damn straight it's effective. Out of all the ... wouldn't really call it stupid ... things I have done, it's been the most benificial in the long run :)
  12. The thing which irks me more than hardcore bookworms (i like to read, i read on a daily basis actually), are people who downright refuse to read a book. For no reason, almost like they have been brainwashed by parents of friends that books are for nerds and geeks and if they do read they will be transformed permanently into a nerd... or something :uhh: I'm not kidding, I know a lot of people who would enjoy many books, but simply refuse to even try to read, it's not like they're contageous or something? :-?
  13. I have always said that the hardware means [cabbage] if the developers can't utilize it, and given how hard it is to develop for it, i don't think much will come from it than already is.
  14. if you need energy drinks, you fail at all nighters. most people i know can break 30hrs straight with no major dramas, and without any stimulants.
  15. It's not the case in a lot of asian countries where you need to create reasonable doubt to your guilt, otherwise to jail you go. In otherwords: guilty till you prove, to some degree, that you are innocent.
  16. easily fixed if you find it funny :P
  17. and i best mention i use both, to keep in touch with various people. And when someone makes a facebook application to block application requests - WIN. You have no idea how much that crap pisses me off. I'd rather have people with random display names adding or messaging me than having everyone second person sending me requests for 11ty billion applications every day.
  18. Exactly, and then you have to take into consideration that people up north are going to be going to work in pitch black and coming home in the heat of the day, and it's already bad enough without DST.
  19. closely followed by the L96 and a M-24.
  20. ____

    Ps3 vs. Xbox 360

I'd agree with CS being the best if it wasn't full of [cabbage] and being able to shoot through brick walls with a hand gun kind of crap.
  21. Good idea, but the OT* community, is more reliable than who is here - which is a shame. *offtopic.com
  22. Any dropkick with 1/10th of a brain will know that I don't hate Christians, sure I don't give a [cabbage] about religion in anyway but that's about as far as it goes. benfr, you quoted me saying I hate all Christians, if you can prove, without any doubt what so ever, that is exactly what I meant from my post, I'll start to follow religion. Until then, shut up.
  23. bf2 1v1 w/ 999-999 ticket on 64p clean sweep. Got like 10hrs or more? Hahahaha...
  24. Considering said church is/was comprised of almost just one family, I wouldn't exactly say the rest are tolerant. I'd be suprised if they all weren't for the picketing to begin with.
