Sounds like a bit of a challenge. Actually - with good enough skills (read: excellent) you can find anyone with just their screen name. People are foolish enough to leave data trails you can follow with enough work and time behind your efforts.

My high school had two grounds-keepers who were pretty cool. One of them (Jerry) would play cards with us during lunch if it was a slow day. The other guy (Tony) was a bit of a mixed bag, he appeared to be a little rough, but taught most of the guys who took argricultural mechanics more about vehicles and repairing them, etc, than their actual teacher did :P

In the process of trial - i'd have to say you'd get nailed for providing them with the bomb in the first place. Sure it says no one will find out if you just make them the bomb and give it to them. But adding in additional activies to make more money off it is going to eliminate that certainty.

truth. @gonpost - consider this, if every of the 3,000 had the same choice as me, how many of them do you actually think would be killed? Seriously, I'm really only thinking single-figure percentage, like 5% or so. There's no guilt in doing what the majority of loved ones for the other 3,000 would do when in your situation. People can what they want, but ultimately - like the would you kill 1,000 for money - no one is going to know till they have to make that choice.
