Having one lvl increased does help in some cases. Skills like woodcutting, mining, fishing all have a advantage due to this as you could chop trees quicker, mine rocks easier and quicker and fish a bit quicker. It doesn't affect greatly though.

I would go for: Torags plate Torags legs Zerker/Warrior Helm Amulet of Glory Abyssal Whip Rune defender/ Obby sheild Obby cape/ God cape/ Legends cape Zerker/ Warrior ring Rune Boots And any type of gloves.

Anyone can do barrows as long as they have at least 43 prayer, at least around 50 mage and about 40 hitpoints.

If you sell the yews for 300 ea, then you need to cut 10k.

If you want to make a bit of money try chickens or cows. Chickens are good because they very rarely hit you, so theres no need for food.

Try the monsters in SoS, minotaurs are excellent xp and you get tons of iron arrows.

Depends on your skill lvls. If you've got above 70 wc then go for yews, and if you've got above around 50 mining go for iron. I wouldn't try swordfish as you get tons of tuna, but if you're going to fish try lobbies.

I've just bought full veracs and need to get to 70 strength. I need something to train on, and I was also thinking, does the set effect on the veracs effect a npc's defense?

You can't really make profit alching in f2p effectivly, but I would go for steel plates. You can make money on rune full and med helms, but it be impossible to get 20k of them.

I bought loads of nats and alched yew longs :P

I've just reached 60 magic, and wanted to know how you get possesion of the staffs which do the spells like saradomin strike and claws of guthix.

I'm not sure that I understand your question but I think what you are really asking is, "How do I autocast CU?" You can do it with the slayer staff. Hope this helps Unfortunatly I don't have 55 slayer :x

Ye, but it breaks one of the runescape rules. Not sure which number, but I know its for abusing bugs.

Helradic stuff is quite hard to sell as no one really wants it. Your best bet would be in a busy free to play world but then you will probably still struggle to sell it.

I only have 53 range and magic, so its sort of out of the question. Plus I kinda wanted to train combat at the same time.
