Obviously 100 is way easier and more xp, but what if you have e.g 15 points then this would help.

This isn't asking for help, but giving advice. When you want to exchange your pc points singually, the man usually starts to wander and can never keep still. Well, if you talk to him around every 5 points you exchange then he'll stay in the same position and thus making exchanging points far more easier. Hopes this helps people :D

If you can afford it merchant barrows sets for quick cash. Buy cheap on the forums, then sell at a high price on world 2 or another busy world. Ahrims is a good choice for this as it is reasonbly cheap, but still in demand.

Training it with slayer would be one of the slowest ways, as you are never in one spot long enough for it to be consistent. I suggest; moss giants, hally'ing fire giants, ankous or experiments.

Monkey Madness although a very hard quest is worth it for the dragon scimmy. Heroes may be a good idea once you've got 55 quest points, as the dragon battle axe sp is nice. Also complete plague city for the ardounge teleport.

If you don't mind spending money, maging black demons with a wave spell 70+ mage lvl, is good xp. You may get good drops too, likea dragon med.

I believe the anti fire pot only lowers the max hit of the breath to 30, so that means no barrows sets. I would stick with whip, proselyte and a good old anti fire sheild.

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

Don't know about speed, but cheapest? :shock: You only lose -100gp everytime you spin a flax. =P~ This is probs a mistake but flax = 100 gp and bowstring = 200gp therefore you would gain 100 gp 8-)
