Kill minotaurs in SoS as they drop iron arrows quite a lot. You can sell the arrows for a bit after you've done your training.

Buy loads of guams of players and eye of newts from the herblore shop (or buy them off other players too). Then make attack pots. You can do the same thing for strength and anti poisen pots.

You can buy em in the food shop in port sarim for about 5gp. People farming often drop them when they've harvested them.

No you can't drop it. The only way you can get rid of it is to destroy it.

If you drop it you can get another one, but I'm not sure if you'll keep your points.
