I think jagex figures that half the people that sign up to play runescape are lying and are under 13. And what can jagex do to stop them? They have no idea if they're lying or not. Because of this there are a large number of players below, and even well below the age of 12. So jagex makes their censors like their hosting a bunch of six year olds- which is a smart idea because they will also get the thumbs-up with parents for censoring so many words that six-year olds should know yet ;) . if the parents had any sense, they would read up on the game, and especially the age requirements. also, 90% of the players under 10 years old are probally F2P...so why are they catering to them?

and thats why you have rules one. no flooding the chat screen.
