  2. That's pretty much how I feel. A lot of people take religion as something that's supposed to be extroverted. "Look how much I pray! Look at my cross on my necklace! I go to church everyday!" No no no. Your spirituality should be about you, and your god if you believe in him. Everything besides those two things should be irrelevant. That's why I never got church. Can't you just pray and worship or whatever in your own home? I thought there was only technically one real church anyways. :?
  3. I think it's only successful if the person actually wants to become that. Forcing them to want it is a different story. Ever hear of those fathers who get disappointed in their sons for not taking the family business or becoming a pro football player or whatever? Sometimes pushing things down someone's throat seems to have a counterproductive effect.
  4. No, apart from the bodyguard busines, it doesn't. Thanks for pointing that out. Beating on the weak is for scum. But fighting with other men, under terms agreed upon by both parties, is not. It's just part of being a guy. As primitive as it may seem, everyone one of us males has testerone flooding the entirety of our bodies, testerone that is constantly screaming at us, screaming, "FIGHT, FIGHT!". It's why we find so much enjoyment in wrestling, in football, in just having fun grappling with our buds. It's why Fight Club is such an iconic male movie- we all love the thrill of battle, of fighting 'til our last breathe. So don't act like your better than other guys because you for some odd reason don't have this base instinct. I don't think I'm alone in saying this: get off your high horse. I do agree with you, but a lot of high school Fight Clubs are just to impress the other guys rather than a personal satisfaction. In my high school everyone made it crystal [bleep]ing clear. No one will really fight unless they have a group of friends to watch. They don't care about the fighting, just the reputation of being a "fighter". Both of the fights I got into during high school weren't caused because those people actually had a problem with me, but rather because their friends were right behind them and they wanted to seem as manly as possible - to show they don't take [cabbage] from anyone (even though the [cabbage] I was giving them was only actually me defending myself from their insults). Anytime I would walk past them alone, nothing. But if their friends were with them then they always had something to say. High school is just one big competition of who is the coolest.
  5. No, you're legally a minor. Sue wasn't being a know-it-all, simply responding to what Sue (and myself) thought was a pretty dumb statement to try and poke holes through a statistic. But I guess we could be wrong, and he was honestly asking. Which is legally the same thing as a child. I don't agree with calling 17-year-old's children either, but when we're dealing with child abuse, that's what they go under. My brother, 16, has Child Protective Services on his [wagon] so it isn't exclusive to people under the age of 10. The legal definition of "child" generally refers to a minor, otherwise known as a person younger than the age of majority. (wiki) Looks pretty know-it-all-ish to me. :| I mean I usually don't care when people do that, but she's making it seem like you're an idiot if you don't know that 10- are children and 14+ are not, even though that's not correct anyways...
  6. Since when don't abused teenagers fall under child abuse? When you're 17 you're still legally a child. And quit trying to act like a know-it-all, Sue.
  7. Mine was easily Castle Wars. Clan Wars was fun at times too, when people didn't get overly serious about it.
  8. Really? Makes me feel like I've accomplished something. :)
  9. Your "freewill" is dictated by the structure of your brain and your upbringings. Nature and nurture. Things you don't really get to choose. The point of jailing people like this is to keep them away from the innocent to prevent it from happening again. Yes, they are to blame for a certain extent because if we didn't, then they would continue these types of actions. The law's job is to embed it into their minds that their actions were evil. But as for them being evil themselves, no I don't think so.
  10. Just dead bodies in general.
  11. At my school kids used to do the Fight Club in the bathroom and record it. They're so damn cool. lol

It's funny cause that isn't even a witty joke someone made up - it's 100% true. Yesterday I went on my level 6 and kept getting called a noob because I was dying from those dark wizards at Draynor. They kept making fun of me. Then I went on my level 117 and got called a no lifer nerd, and they said, "I'd rather be a noob than a nerd." Yeah, of course they say that.
  13. I beg to differ. The rarity is what makes Party Hats so expensive. Although it might be cheaper if it was a turkey head, they would still sell ridiculously high. Just look at half wines and return disks. They have no use whatsoever - you can't even wear them, yet people still pay millions for them.
  14. As much as I don't like rap either, I don't understand why some consider it not to be music. If it's not music then what is it? Even tapping your foot rhythmically is music.
  15. It's funny when someone trolls by pretending not to know something very obvious, and then some k00l d00d calls them a new[bleep] - even though their ignorance was brutally obvious. If you don't know what a troll is, then you're the damn "new[bleep]". That has to be the stupidest word I ever heard too.
  16. Yeah, there are a lot more similarities than differences. But all it takes is at least one difference in order to make an exception, making something unique. Now, more importantly, why does everything I say have to do with semantics? I have a problem. :?

I love pizza to death. I could seriously eat it every day... well maybe every other day. I like freshly made hot pizza better, but refrigerated pizza is still better than microwaved pizza so: 9/10 I had eggs and toast.
  18. 7993 We're nearing the halfway point. :P
  19. I agree. There can be only one Zierro.
  20. Good idea.
