Land of Confusion - Genesis I need to find out if I own this album... I like the Genesis version better than the Disturbed version, and I want to know who wrote it... Great song though.

How Do I Edit My CD Labels and Print the Pictures to Size?
They're not much more expensive than a normal CD/DVD burner... I've got an internal Memorex CD/DVD/lightscribe that came with an excessive Nero suite that was around $100 last year... And an external LG one that does everything that was on NewEgg for less than $100 (not sure exact price though). EDIT: this is the one I have, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... d%20burner $80USD.

Is the quality of food declining?
I haven't been to McDonald's in at least a year, Burger King in about 6 months... I generally go to Culver's, Arby's, or Wendy's if I get fast food. I like Taco Bell, imo it's better than tacos at home (my mom never gets the right kind of ground beef and it doesn't cook properly, it's nasty), but it's always been and will always be cheap crap (but good crap). As for the quality of Arby's/Culver's/Wendy's I've not noticed any decline, although at Culver's the Kids' Meals are giving less food which I guess is okay unless you're a teenager eating it. Arby's is and always has been expensive, and they recently got rid of regular fries and the chicken strips which made me angry (although Sonic has almost identical ones). You can eat decently at fast food restaurants cheaply... When I go to Wendy's I get 2 Double Stacks (.99 each), sometimes a Value Fry (.99) and usually a small Frosty (1.29) It fills me up and I get a fake ice cream treat for less than $5! Although I'd rather go to Subway and get a footlong sub. As for prepackaged foods, I don't really buy off-brand stuff of the sort that's apt to be declining in quality (peanut butter, ketchup, potato chips, cheese, etc) and I haven't noticed any decline in the name-brand stuff, except for perhaps reducing the size of the products. EDIT: Except for hot dogs. Hot dogs are nasty crap unless you buy Hebrew National or Kogel ones (ball park and oscar mayer are okay, they're still not that good though). And they're really small.

Archimage brought us a stone. When it came near, I could tell something wasn't right about it. "So this rock drove them all to kill their king? What are we betting this on, aliens, ancient civilizations?"

Ang sat on the shuttle, considering for a moment the fact that it was his own nature that had forced him to come here. He wasn't going to ply his trade, couldn't if what the guide had told him was true. He'd have to live in isolation, alone and hated by all. He scanned the faces on the shuttle, only about fifteen people, plus however many were in the crew. One of them looked promising, he was human and appeared about 30. He had caught Ang's eye because he was one of the few who carried a visible weapon, and his was particularly interesting. Perhaps he would value a bit of music? Even if he didn't, Ang could more than hold his own, but a bit of company would be nice. Ang made the decision to ask the man about his craft and life when the shuttle landed. There would be plenty of time for that, the next shuttle here wasn't due for a few months. He tipped his head back in an attempt to get some sleep before they landed.

Tip.It Times: 30 Aug 2009
I thoroughly enjoyed the first article, the second was also good (although not funny.) Having not read the original Skippy list, I don't know if this one is based off it or not but I found it particularly funny.

This is only slightly off-topic, but I'll be making sort of a variant of the draconic helm for my brother's halloween costume, it'll be black and blue though. Will get pics when it's done for the heck of it.

Tyler's party
As I wandered I noticed definite signs of a fight. It seemed many innocents had been involved, but somehow all the bodies had vanished. I did find a shield, painted with a rearing serpent. I didn't much care for the decoration, but an ugly shield was better than nothing. Upon further exploration of the alleyway, I found a cache of discarded or captured weapons, including a few light swords with sheaths. I discarded my current sword and took two of the short swords and a long sword. I noted that there were a lot of useful supplies, including caltrops and bags of what I suspected were darkness powder. Remembering the place, I returned to the entrance, bearing the shield. "I found a cache of weapons, this shield was at the front of it. It seemed somewhat suspicious, I think there was a large battle, possibly an uprising of the common folk against the ruler of this town. It seems many innocents were dragged into the conflict as well, either by being forced to pay protection fees and provide shelter for these uprisers, or in being there when the conflict started. Many may have known too much... But they all vanished, not even a trace of blood, although outside that can be explained by rain and scavengers..."

What movie(s) did you last see?
The Blues Brothers... Considering it was a VHS nearing 30 years old it was decent quality (lolz a VHS on a 40" HDTV fail.). Movie gets 9/10, personally I find it a bit excessive in the profanity department. Watched it for the first time last night. In the past week I've also watched bits and pieces of various Harry Potter movies.

Eastern Lands Introductory Quest and Idea Pit
I was imagining for the size, about as big as the elven lands (at least for the area accessible to f2p) but I don't have a great idea of how big that is. More into the rewards as how? the money/xp or something else?

Hand draw in pencil, ink, then I (usually) scan, then color in pencil (for reference), then go over the lines with the pen tool in GIMP, then add solid color, then add shading (which I haven't gotten to yet). I occasionally use my default lines by using color to alpha and color selection in GIMP (so no fooling with the pen tool) It's apparent in the mage set, I used the pen tool on the robe, but not on the hat or headdress. The lines are a little thinner when I don't go over them with the pen tool. AND FINISHED MELEE! WHOO!

Tyler's party
"I'll go," I said, taking what could be called a very bold step into the courtyard of the fort/castle. I grabbed a sword from where it lay on the ground, it was sturdy and well made. Hoping for a shield, I looked around, but couldn't find one. Off a market stall I grabbed a couple of smallish knives and put them in my pocket. "Well, are you coming or not? I'm fairly sure there's no one here..." The man called Archimage took the first step into the fort after me. He, too, picked up a weapon, although his choice was a bow. He came over to the wall and removed a fair number of arrows and then placed them in a small bag he had acquired somehow.
