u can get for around 85K if u really look hard

you should be able to get to mid 50's with 3k iron

15k iron will roughly get u to lvl 70

Just use a few prayer pots and range the demon from a safe spot :D

I would train str up first cos i really h8 training def :S dont know why even though its basically the same

Train it up to knights then u can easily get from 55 to 60 in about an hour

All i think except haunted mine, get ur str and def up though to make them easier

Get it to 40 on monks at the prayer guild, then get it to 50 on hill giants in edgeville sewer, then when u hop to p2p train it to 65 from 50 on moss giants north of ardougne.

the first one, i can fletch 3k bows in 1 hour and alc in about 2 the other way is much longer

Higher damage done by spells doesnt mean more xp, thats why there is a mage calculator that includes combat spells because u get the same xp no matter what u hit.

There isnt really anything on f2p but i would suggest possibly greater demons, and u most likely wont have any trouble from pkers cos ur so high

there are safe spots, if u go on the guide section there is a blue drag safespot guide which will show u where they are
