OK, just got back from a run and my legs are killing me, anyone know what stretches I should do???

So everyone here must have made a playlist before, whether just an quick On-The-Go playlist, a carefully thought out choice of your favourite songs, or a themed playlist, like something to listen to while jogging or working. As Spotify rightly states: Everyone loves music, but what I love more than listening to good music, is discovering music that soungs great together or in a certain situation. I have made many playlists over the years but the one I'm making at the moment is a new one for me, and involves my favourite song from almost every artist on my iTunes. Considering I have just under 2,500 songs on my iTunes I doubt it's gonna be completed any time soon but it's an ongoing project I intend to see through to the end because so far it sounds great. So what I'm trying to lead onto here is what is your favourite playlist or favourite type of playlist? Do you like 5 song playlists that you change all the time when your taste changes, or huge playlists that will never grow old? Do you make them for gaming or running or working or walking or laughing or crying or dancing or cheering you up after a long day's work? In my opinion all music can sound good in the right situation, so post your playlists or ideas of playlists here and share what you've done with everyone! For all those squash players out there, this is your thread to discuss this clever, fast-paced game with fellow players, whether you be country standard or just a social player. Squash is a great game to play with friends and competetively, and squash clubs often become meeting places for people to chat, play and become a community. A big topic in the squash community at the moment is the Olympic Committee's decision not to put squash in the 2016 Olympics, in favour of Golf and Rugby Sevens. This is most likely due to the fact that squash is very difficult to televise, and audience size is always limited by the size of the courts, however the popular arguement to the contrary is that the Olympics would become the highest level of recognised squash acheivement, and an Olympic gold medal would crown the world champion squash player, but what do you think? Should squash by in the Olympics or not? Got a game coming up and need some tips, or just need some help with practise and training? Feel free to ask here and I'm sure people will try their best to help you out.

I used to be a pretty decent 200m runner, but since missing try-outs for the athletics team and taking up squash I have rather dropped out of running in favour of only playing squash. (I don't know how big squash is in America, I hear you prefer racketball, just to put it in prospective for you if you don't know, racketball is the "easy" game we use in the UK to introduce new players to the far faster-paced squash.) However since I stopped running my stamina hasn't been what it used to be, and when I'm 2-2 in a squash match and need to make that last push for a winning game it really shows. So I've started jogging again, just a few miles after school every night just to get fitter. I've decided road-running at night really suits me, it's really refreshing after a night's homework and day at college. In an effort to keep myself more aware of cars I've started only wearing only one iPod speaker, but after a run it feels like my brain's just been blown out whatever ear doesn't have the speaker in it xD Anyone know any ways to stop this happening? :P And any tips on what to do before/after a run?

I love how everyone's going crazy about this TPS thing when there's only one multiplayer gametype with it (TPS TDM) and otherwise it'll only be for Private Servers. Looks like such a great game though, really can't wait to get it :D

Most of the videos you see are people who play a lot and know where people usually run past or camp, and they'll have taken a hell of a lot of shots which won't have hit anyone and put the one that does on their montage. 99% of the time you'll have seen the person you kill.

Yeah unless they're one-shot-kill to any part of the body (which will make them overpowered), I doubt anyone will use them over grenades, so somehow I doubt they're gonna replace the grenade spot. Possibly a perk one or the special grenade spot? Or maybe everyone will get them at all times?

There's this guy at our school called [first name] Harrap who looks kinda goofy and acts really posh all the time, but everyone loves him for some reason, and every time he's near or even comes up in conversation everyone's just like: Haaarrrraappppp!!!!! This one time this lady came in to talk to us about something and apparently there's a company called Harrap who was helping her company, and everyone in the hall was just like: Haaarrrraaaapppp!!!!! And she was so freaked out it was hilarious! :lol:

Heh yea I love people who think anyone even vaguely decent at sniping is some sort of God :D I watched a montage on YouTube recently and the guy was absolutely terrible so I informed him of this and he challenged be to a "1v1 [bleep]" and I trounced him even though I hadn't played in a month, now he challenges me to a match every time I go online convinced that he'll beat me this time... tis a bit worrying :?

Well the PC does everything an Xbox does, and you dont need to buy a new one every year, just upgrade it. Not to mention all the games in the world = playable on PC, illegal or not, it's how it goes. Every year? Try every 5 years, and that's pretty similar to how often people change their computers, and to get a decent computer that will run all your games at full speed for 5 years will cost a LOAD more than one xbox, hell even 4 or 5 xboxes.

Why do people who primarily play games on the computer think they're better than people who play games on consoles? What...? I think you have something against PC gamers because that's really not what he said. The first Call of Duty games were only on PC and so it has very strong links with PC gaming. Also most developers make their games on PC first then port them onto consoles so of course there will be a PC port, he's not saying it's because the PC is better or because PC gamers are better, it's just how it is.

Just got a new laptop yesterday so I can finally play it! So I downloaded the patches and everything, and every game I join kicks me saying I don't have suffiecient O/S Privilidges or something like that... any help?

OK your dad is waay out of order telling you to give the PS3 to your brother, both in principal and that the PS3 is bloody expensive. (I'm amazed your buying one for your mate tbh, but that's another matter.) He may have given you the job that got you the money, but that still means you worked for it and there's nothing he can do to forceably remove it from your possession, and if he does - not even kidding - I would get the police on him. He has to know where the line is. Don't think I can help you on the ebay situation though, I've never really used it...

I used to play this game all the time until my computer got so bad I wasn't able to any more. Awesome game, gotta be my favourite PC game of all time!
