Hmm haven't seen anyone mention this here, and it doesn't make the SoF update any better but you can *only* spend £200 a day which is ~750 spins I think? So I'm not sure anyone can overtake SUOMI, even if Jake did 750 spins/day :) Also SUOMI, have you got any plans in advance for other skills? I was wondering what you'll be doing for Thieving - monkeys are slightly faster xp but murder your fingers, so will you do PP instead?

Wow they really made this one a grind, normally it's just little tasks and the main thing is the skill requirement but this time you have to do 20+ hours of Temple Trecking and burn 200 shades, wonderful :/ Won't be seeing my taskmaster emote again for a while :(

It's really inconvenient that 'efficiency' is used both in the narrow sense (e.g. fastest way to get account from A to B) and the personal sense (e.g. most preffered way for player X to get account from A to B). True, but there is an almost defining ambiguity in what 'efficient' means. In that it is maximising output while minimising input, the ambiguity here comes in terms of what constitutes the output. For example, while Dragonseance's main method of reaching his Runescape goals is through being efficient in playing the game, it can't be forgotten that in terms of the competitive aspect of Runescape, efficiency comes down to amount of xp/real time passed, rather than simply xp/time played. It also can't be forgotten that Runescape isn't all he (or anybody) wants from life, and so in order to increase his 'life efficiency' (that includes his current Runescape goal,) enjoyment has to be factored in too. I suppose that when talking on a Runescape forum, looking at 'efficiency' from a Runescape point of view, it can occassionally confuse people when someone talks of efficiency in a way that assumes 'life efficiency' in combination with Runescape efficiency, but it's far too wordy to say "he's achieving all of his life goals in the most efficient manner" rather than "he's being efficient."

Just lost my claws to Dom Tower... -.- Was fighting Flambeed who unequips your weapons when you attack him, realised this and decided I'd just suicide because I didn't have ice gloves on me. However I wondered if I could get a spec on him without him unequipping any items, and he unequipped my claws... into my full inventory... and thus straight onto the floor. Well I guess it will depend on just quite how much they've been nerfed? It could be to the extent that it'd be faster to do another method of attack training and do rc/other skills seperately, but it seems unlikely that the nerf will have been *that* substantial.

In short, no. It breaks off the activity so would stop xp in the same way as dropping does, and you can drop with mousekeys which is far faster than feeding the troll multiple times. (EDIT: Of course even without mousekeys manually dropping would be far quicker.)

Yeah if you're buying a *pc* rather than a laptop, then unless you buy one from the dark ages you're more than sorted. Although these days most laptops can run RS on full settings too. Internet connection is what you have to think about ;)

Says the person getting 200m skills in easy skills and not even maxed overall total. I don't want to start a discussion about me so just end this here. Fast skills are more efficient since a update to speed slow skills reduce more hours than in a fast skill. Also, I don't care about maxed total lvl. 200m Dungeoneering would give me about 2m Cooking Xp, so I didn't wasted much more than 2 hours. Also, I belive Dungeoneering will get more updates in the future and eventually the Xp rate will be higher. Besides that, I hate Dungeoneering. I wasn't flaming Dragonseance, I even have him added. I was just saying that I clearly can't understand how people and him self call effiicient. This is just my opinion, I'm not flamming. Also, don't make a big deal out of this. Grammar please. Also it would be productive to post why you don't understand it, post a better method for example, rather than just posting a comment that at the very least implies negativity.

If you look in the top right next to the overall xp counter, you can see your last xp gain and it stays there static for a while.

^ This, pretty much. Although skiller pures can be just as annoying... I think a lot of pures have the attitude that because their account is different to most people's, it's somehow special and better and they should be treated better because of it, whereas in fact most 'main' players just view them as narrow and not playing the whole game. I know not all pures are like this but yknow, as said, the stereotype comes from somewhere.

Well, as he said, he took a lot of time off training agility to make the tick counter and do research and stuff, so who knows if he actually ended up with more xp than he would've? Does suck that the counter doesn't work anymore Jeb but the fun is in the making of it right? :)

It would make more sense to make Dungeoneering a combat skill than Slayer, that actually allows you to access the most powerful weapons in the game, whereas Slayer only allows you to kill monsters arbitrarily assigned a slayer level.

The removal of bots -> Less gp in game, more expensive raw materials -> Less demand for rares/people start selling rares. Also the removal of dicing means the amount of new people that suddenly have a huge amount of wealth to spend on things has gone down.

Could do with maybe a bit more flourish but it's pretty damn sick, the Slayer Cape at the moment really needs an updated emote tbh, it's widely regarded as one of the lamest emotes for any cape, despite Slayer being one of the least common 99s.

Mm quite, if you can find a single 99 Fisher than has sat watching the Runescape screen exclusively throughout, then you've just found the most boring person on the planet.

As someone else mentioned earlier, I don't know if you actually bothered trying to go to the slay day, but Blue Dragons in Kuradel's Dungeon were respawning in ~4 seconds, and while you may not have got exactly triple the slayer xp you would normally get, you got at least double if not more. If you didn't then you were either lazy or not there. Also queue of 640 to get into w60 atm lol

Yes they got a lot of peoples hopes up (including myself) I have a feeling MANY MANY Legitate players are going to be banned tommorow. From what I understood the bots will just stop working. I doubt they could go and mass ban millions in a single update L. A 'Nuke' implies destruction to me, So i think there will be a mass banning and a way to stop bots working - but we shall see. My hopes are not up. You don't need to 'infer' anything from the title 'nuke', they've fully explained what they're going to do in the post and that is to cause the bots to not work.
