Arent mummies cheaper anyways?

Just wondering how many Prayer Potions/Range Potions/Grey Chinchompas I would need for getting 99 Ranged at Mummies, Or maybe other non-chinchompa methods, I don't want anything toooo slow though, I'm currently 81 Ranged. Thanks :)

Draconic Visage: 1, DK Drops: 88, GWD Drops: 40, Dragon Legs: 3. Never kept track in RSC or early runescape 2 though, That's just since I started DKing. 10/10 though, That's awesome! :thumbsup:

Rofl at admiral_5 what a loser, he thought he was cool attacking me in pms once too. Gratz on 99 Crafting though, I was looking into it for a while, Too costly for me :P 10/10.

How am I "dumb/poor" for getting 99 range before this method came out? I got 99 range "the old fashioned" way and have done the 4M experience after that. I just dislike the method - spend a load of money and get nothing in return. On my way to 99 range I earned myself three party hats, purely from ranging. Before chins came out there were probably only 2000 99 rangers, if that. Now there's over 10,000. It's just become a less "respected" skill and it also annoys me how some people assume I used chins to get to 99, I spent hours on end at greaters and my "achievement" has been "downgraded" thanks to the chinning method. I don't hate chins as much, if people earned the money for it (Not by getting lucky at GWD...) or got the chins themselves then fair enough. It just seems every man and his dog has 99 range these days and 75% of those used chins to get there. "Getting lucky at GWD" isnt as easy as people make it out to be, GWD does take skill, effort and commitment. People rarely get lucky without spending hours at GWD, And getting the stats to be able to do GWD takes time and effort aswell. GWD drops are quite rare, I've been on many long dry streaks at GWD, Which costed alot of money. I really hate how people hate people "Getting lucky at GWD", It's no different then getting lucky at Bounty Hunter or anywhere else. I don't see a problem with buying skills. Like Magic/Ranged... Those take alot of time and effort to get all the cash gathered for 99, And making alot of money isnt the easiest thing.

Yeah... If you used that much in 10-12 kills with those stats... I don't think DKing is your thing :| Gratz again on the drops though.

Ape Atoll Skeletons weren't they only way to chin ;), But they definitally were the cheapest/fastest. I really don't care about the update, I didnt plan on 99 Ranged anytime soon, And chinchompas there were extremely fast and I think a bit too much, But still, It took time to earn that 50M-60M to bank 99 Ranged. Really screwed over the hunter skill though #-o. I just see the other chinning spots becoming used more, Even though they arent that great exp, They're alot better then other ways. I'm kind of happy to see the change, But I'm sure I won't be happy if/when I go for 99 Ranged lol :wall:

Well I left my computer on for a while today when I was out, And I played runescape for a while, And now runescape/irc and everything are like burned into my screen. Is there anything I can do, Or do I need to buy a new screen?

Probably doesent mean much to alot of people, But I'm happy about it. Now I'm gunna work on my lower stats and probably get all 70+.

Does anyone know how much exp (aprox.) I'd get per red chinchompa at the ape atoll skeleton monkies? My gear would be the best ranged gear with black dragonhide. I'm 81 Ranged. Thanks :)
