well im not so sure that the only problem i have is a stutter. i've been wondering this for some time: is it more than stuttering thats keeping me from pronouncing a certain sound right away?? i dont get caught up in my words at all. i just stutter on some words. most of the time, i do think before i speak. the part that i may go "th th th the one time when..." is stuttering i believe. at this period in my life, i dont think theres anyway to eliminate my stuttering. even if i did, im so used to saying the word that dont make me stutter that it'd be a waste of time.

yesterday..i sent them a query i'll post back here when they respond telling what they said.

haha kind of funny..read the topic then im like hmm..and decided to open it and read your post. i found it funny because my story is pretty much the same as yours. i've stuttered ever since i can remember. mine, like yours, has not been as bad the past few years (im 17 now.) the problems i have are k/c sounds, words that start with s like so, th's are kinda hard, and words that start with b's. in elementary school and some of middle school, i got picked on bad. i would get the "spit it out" thing a lot. so, i sort of tought myself to talk differently. i would use words that i knew i could say without stuttering so people wouldnt laugh or think differently at me.i went to the speech classes but i thought they were really [developmentally delayed]ed and i couldnt bring myself to read a piece of paper outloud that read " thhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeee" over and over again. i've learned to deal with it. i have quite a few good friends that dont even notice it. when i tell/told them about it they laugh at me and tell me that im high or something (never done drugs :thumbsup: ." so...this post kinda made my day lol. edit: didnt read all of the replies...so i have to comment about what i read. chewing gum doesnt help me. im not sure why..but it just doesn't. i prefer typing online than talking. because i gave 4 years of my life to runescape, im a decently fast typer. i can predict when im going to studder...so i pick different words in place of the ones i was going to use. if im in front of a lot of people or attractive girls, i'll concentrate mostly on how i talk and i wont really stutter much.

yeah man i had the same problem with my visa gift card...supposedly the whole subscription system is down atm...just wait a day or a few then try again.

yeah i'll be banking the hides but using the bones.....from 92-99 range i shouldb e able to get around 68 prayer..

okay so i just went out to buy a visa gift card. i acquired a $25 dollar vanilla gift card. i went to runescape "subscribe" page. i entered all the info and they still couldnt process it. im sure it is activated, i called customer service. the question i have... is that maybe its the "enter cardholder name" ...which is the name on the card. gift cards dont have that because their not to specific people. i have no idea what to do...i guess this was a waste of money? ive used gift cards before but cant remember how. has anyone else recently used a gift card?

i need 5 of them. can someone tell me how to make them and if i need to do any quests to make them.

DO NOT get a mustang. they're the [cabbage]tiest cars ever. only tough [wagon] have them, let alone everyone and their mom. dont get a camaro also. same as mustang, only their the more superior company (GM). hmm..tuners are all junk such as the ones you put up. get a dakota or s10 or a full size chevy truck...something not girly but has power.. edit: incase your wondering, my first car was an 84 s10 2.8l 4sp manual. i still have it, in the process of putting a 350 into it. it got me around and it was fairly quick. second first vehicle (heh): 91 geo tracker. still have that too. cost me $250 and a $150 fuel injector. not the manliest of vehicles but nothing some 2.5% tint didnt fix. plus i got a bangin system in it. edit edit: you didnt sound like you were woried about gas, seeing as your mom is willing to buy you a car for $11,000. so thats why i suggested what i did.

GOOD FIND! the car doesn't appear to be in that bad of shape. the older cam/birds are known for the rotting floorboards. if i was you, have it towed or pulled to a shop or if you know anything about cars, see if the motor/tranny are in good shape. if they're in good shape, i'd say go for it. if they're in bad shape...then decide if you want to spend upwards of 7k-10k on it to restore it. you can find other seats like that at junkyard or maybe have them ones re-upholstered for a few hundred bucks (cant remember what seats look like). other than that i think its a good find and a good project. keep in mind it probably wont take you less than 2-3 years to do a good restoration on it. if you need any help or advice, send me a pm.
