^ I realise the point you both make, but you have to consider that, one, we can't comprehend how they feel about it and, two, society has to go someway to repair the years of hardship and suffering and strive to occur that such inequality cannot occur again. Perhaps this is one method in doing so. Because regardless the progress that's been made, an all too large group of people still carry racist and prejudice views.

Let's not forget that black people have been getting 'special treatment' for a few hundred years as well.

The only one I'd truly miss would be Carl Hayman. You could even argue there he's reached his peak age. The fact is you've still got Richie McCaw, Dan Carter and Mils Muliana. These 3 are by far the most important people in the team. Having seen the NZ strength in depth in the Super 14 teams and internationally, rebuilding a side shouldn't be that difficult, considering these 3 are sticking around. Who knows, they might even be better. Mils at 13 and Nick Evans at 15 - yes please!
