  1. Just looked at your sig chaos and I cannot believe it was a year ago when we saw those eggs and that event. The year's just shot past.
  2. ...That was possibly as stupid as this thread. God, I love you for it though :D My kind of humour to a T!
  3. On the subject of cutscenes, is there an option to skip them? (I don't know, I haven't played in a long time). If not, I can see the desire to have an option if you're repeating the quest over and over with different characters. Although most of them, if I recall, are pretty fun :)
  4. I'm not really down with your hip-hop lingo, but no doubt this was a tragedy. He was best man at Eminem's last wedding, wasn't he? He may have rapped misoginistic and pretty gratuitous stuff, but knowing he brought a bit of happiness to many people's lives shows it's a shame his life was ended so suddenly. R.I.P. God, I hate guns.
  5. Training is going...it's going, let's just leave it at that. If you take a trip to the Wirral anytime soon you'll see many of my posters in shop windows. I'll try and find the publisher document but it basically entails me posing in my thong, with the words: "SPONSOR ME!" I've got a lot of sponsorship forms going around ATM, so hopefully I would have hit ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã1000+ offline as of now. Half way there with a week to go. Zoiks!
  6. For sure - I like your thinking Bubsa, even though I disagree with you. I believe there may be *some* parts of the Bible that aren't to be taken literally (ex. the creation story), but I believe in Christ's miracles. Of course and so long as we're allowed to believe what we choose to believe, then it's all gravy, baby! :D
  7. Wow. Seriously, give it up. Unless the amount of posts on the general board directly effect your metabolism, why the hell should anyone care this much? If you're getting this worked up about topic titles, I think you need to turn the PC off, sit down, legs crossed, and relax.
  8. I heard if you give out the most eggs during easter Jagex will give you a special item ^_^
  9. ^ Well, exactly. I guess it's up to people individually what they choose to believe. But the Bible, like holy books in other religions (like Qu'ran) can teach non-believers like myself a thing or two.
  10. Russia beat the U.S in the space race and catapulted Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin into the big, black nothing. We were promised so many things after this monumental achievement. Think of the cartoon "The Jetsons", which were supposed to be what space would be like not so long from now. Better yet, search the archives for "Space: 1999". With colonies in galaxies we'd never even heard of, were the creators of these logical, or did they simply have over-active imaginations. Where do you see our space development in, say, 2061? 100 years after man first entered space. Do you see man's dream of adventuring through space any closer?
  11. Or, if you're Tiger Woods; "They walk like a spaz out there"
  12. Again, I state I'm not religious, but these two points made me think what I believe the Bible is about. It's not necessarily true, but stories, almost like Fables, that teach valuable lessons like trust, friendship, caring etc. I have a friend who is athiest, but actually reads the Bibles for two reasons. One, because some of the stories are, how he says: "Better than any Harry Potter" and two because it teaches him something which doesn't require him to believe in Christianity. My bewildering point is, sometimes we shouldn't take The Bible too literally; as that may have been the intention all along.
  13. Hypno you rock :D I'd give half of mine to charity and invest the rest in a venture to make me a million again.
  14. Best as in musically? Or in the sense that they have fulfilled 'mainstream' needs comprehensively? If the latter, without doubt, The Backstreet Boys.
  15. I have a better idea: Let Jagex's detection systems do the work instead of your divine judgement.
  16. As shocking as it sounds, the two I'm racing against look remarkably like Hammond and May. Although...I do NOT resemble Clarkson and his gut :P
  17. Oh my God that's disgusting!! I hadn't realised until now!
  18. The terms have been this way for a long time, yet I still see people confusing the two, so another indication wouldn't hurt. Nice work, you've made it clear as well :)
  19. Well the story was in most other papers at the time too. Including a large article on the BBC news site Oh c'mon you guys, I'm not disputing the article, I'm simply making a pop at the Daily Mail :(
  20. ^ Does your family always speak in Engrish?
  21. Thank you frizoid, despeller of myths! :D
