Hehe thanks mate :P It's definately something that would add to the game. I support it! So long as it wouldn't distract too much from bug fixes etc, I'm behind you all the way.

What the deuce is that?! Not forgetting of course the best soap opera ever: Neighbours! Actually, that green smeg looking thing reminds me of Harold Bishop :D
-
Or'rite mercifull, clam down! At least ay didn't attempt a southern jenson button type o' accent kidda!

Now, for those of you haven't been on my website (and why the smeg not!) you may not have heard about what I've been training for since November last year. That's right, I, Tom "Bubsa" Roberts, am running the Flora London Marathon for Oxfam!! Dun dun DUN!!! After last year's super mega ultra MakePovertyHistory campaign I just didn't want to stop. I wanted to keep on going and help make a difference. So, I decided to do so in the best way I know how; to humiliate myself publically! Now, while me attempting to run 26.2 miles is hilarious and humiliating enough, I'll also be achieving this feat in fancy dress. By dress...there's not much "dressing" to it. Brace yourselves, for I am running the marathon as: PARTY BOY!!! Dun dun DUN!!! Oh yes, if dehydration doesn't get me, the police will! I'll be dancing my way over the everlasting course wearing nothing but a leather skin thong and a smile! "But Bubsa!", I hear you ask, "Why tell us this funny yet pointless information?" Well, truth be told tip.it, I NEED YOUR HELP!! I need any pledge you can muster to help me raise ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã2000+ for the people at Oxfam. These people do a miraculous job in helping the Third World in, most importantly, helping them to help themselves. Oxfam works with others to find lasting solutions to poverty and suffering. Oxfam believes that in a world rich in resources, poverty is not a fact of life but an injustice which can be overcome. For example, is it right that in the 21st century: at least a quarter of the world's population lives in severe poverty at least 12 million children under five die from poverty-related diseases every year about one and a half billion people do not have clean water or basic sanitation Please support me as generously as you can. You will be making a real difference to so many people's lives around the world, easing suffering and giving them the means to help themselves out of poverty. What your money can do: ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã6 can buy 100 school dinners ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã16 can fill a school satchel for a child ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã24 can plant an allotment to provide a family with a livelihood ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã36 can provide a teacher with a teacher packs and guides ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã70 can provide a family with a cow. Cows can fertilise crops, give milk to feed families and to sell. ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã100 can buy basic medicines for a village ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã720 can provide safe drinking water for 1000 people ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã1200 can buy a farmyard for a village. ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã2000 can equip a school - providing teacher training, teaching aids and guides, text books, exercise books and pencils. Oxfam is registered charity number 202918. And you, YES YOU!, can help MakePovertyHistory. YOU can make a difference! YOU can save lives! YOU can get your name on a bit of my flesh! Oh, did I not mention?! If you sponsor me, I'm going to write every last person's name on my body for when I run the marathon. It's not about me running, it's about you guys that have sponsored me to do such a thing! Without you, I'd be another schizophrenic in a thong, but with you, we can help save the world! All you have to do is make a donation or pledge and email me, asking which part of my body you would like your name on! You can do so on my efundraiser site here: https://www.bmycharity.com/V2/Bubsa Which also has my email address on it! You can find more info here: http://bubsa.50webs.com/marathon.html Please guys, tell anyone you know, every penny matters, not for me, but for the people in this world that truly need it. Just reading this thread makes me wanna thank you. Anything you donate is a wonderful bonus. Donate now!! You can do so on my efundraiser site here: https://www.bmycharity.com/V2/Bubsa Which also has my email address on it!

EDIT:Barrows and Kill count NOT confirmed by Jage-X
Bubsa replied to deangut's topic in General Discussion
I'm not accepting anything to be "confirmed by JAGeX" unless Paul or Andrew say so. The inconsistencies in their moderators is beyond belief. -
Post your "rare" Characters (*update pics on pg3 )

Somewhere I have a 9 hits character, no idea what the password is though :( -
I remember seeing a similar idea on the boards not too long ago, which I think borrowed heavily from another game. I also think it would be a nice feature to have in the game. My concern is its implications, as in, how it would be done. Would every item already existing be labelled in the same way? Because that could no doubt be very time consuming.

Replace "mate" with "chum" and you, one's old bean, have one's self the perfect english gentlemen. Na ovver typical accents 're, of course, cockney! They speak loike this while not makin' much Eigh'een Pence at aw, prolly chicken pen askin' for Roast Pork 'andles!

Playdays. "It's the Why-bird stop!" Weeee ^_^

It's gone so down hill recently it's untrue. Some of the storylines...God, who the hell rights them, the KKK? It'll never re-hit the haydays of Mankind, Rock and Austin, The Ministry of Darkness and D-X. Pre-adolescent heaven :D

Scored a hat-trick of tries for my rugby club :)

I can only see this thread escalating into an all-out flame war when the likes of Cj and Ian get their mitts on the thread. For the record, Liverpool are my top team and the team I support. To try and force my admiration onto others would be nothing more than futile, so I won't even try.

Because Zon, JAGeX aren't as historically sound as you are :P

Help me hack past the level 3 cap and you're on!!

TYPING THIS POST WITH CAPS LOCK ON!! We have a random events board for a reason, you know :|

I know there's no point, but the Headmaster has no justification to 'punish' the parents, s/he can only punish the child. Maybe s/he thought that was a substantial way of punishing the parents. Or maybe I'm defending the indefensible :P
-
That is absolutely brilliant. Almost as good as Sir Patrick Moore's Xylophone skillz :D
-
I guess we can hope it will be an effective deterrent, if not for other families at least for this one. The child will certainly know not to pick one up again and (hopefully) the parents won't be so stupid to leave one in the child's reach. The punishment, I would like to think, was aimed more at the parents. The child is the only one who can directly get punished, but I hope it was just as a wake-up call to the parents from the Headmaster. I actually think it's not as disgraceful as everyone makes out. I support more than I detest this decision. Guns are the last thing to take lightly.

Hopefully after this they'll finally let it die. It jumped the shark long, long ago. Someone posted the other day that when you watch Simpson repeats, even though you know what's coming, you still laugh. Well, you did with the old episodes, these new ones are just pathetic excuses. It's a mighty shame because it has to be THE most influential and recognisable cartoon ever, but now it's just not funny. I blame the writers, too interested in getting special guests than the actual story itself. Plus, they've pretty much exhausted every possible avenue a series can go down.
-
FF7 FTW. I've played everyone in the series bar 4 and 5 and every 6 months I just come back to playing this one. The first time I played it was just...wow. I had no idea playstations could do what they did, Squaresoft took gaming to a whole new level. The chocobo racing and all the brilliant minigames, the compelling story and the I-just-roundhouse-kicked-your-face graphics combine to make the best game in the series, as evidence by the release of the Advent Children movie and the up and coming spin-off game.

She's famous because of her daddy and pr0n. Oh well, someone's gotta do it...

I was more concerned with the 5 year old having access to the gun.

It's times like this I wish Chuck Norris never invented Ctrl+V
