That's an interesting idea and I see your point on that. However, on the flipside, who's to say that this wouldn't encourage people to think that whoever they help they'll expect a reward from, or learn only to help if you are rewarded? I don't necessarily think that would happen, but there's a slight chance it might. I'm all for incentives to make the community friendlier though, so good job! :)
