Sorry I didn't realise it was a competition.
  3. *Fluffles his 5110* Got it when I was...14? 15? Something like that. Currently own a Sony Ericsson K750i. Class phone, the video on it is brilliant and the playback of mp3s rocks.
  4. Yeah, definately agree with that. It would be one of the 'mistakes' I wrote about.
  5. Well..that makes no technical sense. You're saying a keylogger wouldn't pick up the vault password because no username was entered? Lol?
  6. Don't be silly man. I supported the Eagles but I bet the Pats. I'm no fool.
  7. Of course man, that's all very valid and cannot be ignored. But 60 years on, with the idiot you have running the ship, you can see why it can be easily forgotten. To be honest (even though I wasn't born then) this anti-Americanism really only came to the fore recently; 10 maybe 20 years tops, probs with the first Gulf War is when it really began to kick off. Obviously, being the world's only superpower, a lot of the 'hate' would simply come through envy. To be honest though, I wouldn't worry. America's still a baby. Building up a country that strong so quickly might be a double edged sword if you get me. And you're never going to get news praising the U.S. That's not how the media works. No doubt that they are, but everyone's always quick to pick up on the things America aren't doing or should/should not be doing. I'll confess I do too. Some of it is warranted and some maybe but every country makes mistakes. Being the world's most powerful nation, America's mistakes are going to be elaborated on more. Like Rick says, there's an impression that the U.S tries to police the world. But think about it, they're in the United Nations, something formed so democracy could help out the nations of the world. Why shouldn't America be helping as the world's leading nation? It's likely if they don't they'll get criticised. Again though, it has to be accepted there have been grave misjudgements and/or execution on some matters America have got involved in. I can think of 2/3 obvious wars. America has the impression of being high and mighty. But that's simply because it is. Whether they should flaunt it as much as they do I don't know. But America and its people are strong and powerful because they've never really faced a huge crisis (bar Wall street I think) prior to 9/11. In that moment, they rallied together and, with the support of other nations, got through it in a 'typical American way'. Well good for them I say. America didn't get where they are now by being also rans. They're at the forefront and I, with some limitations, am all supportive of them continueing to do so.
  8. Pins n Needles are smegging great man! When they take over your left leg and you try to walk down the stairs, oh the comedy! Cramp is a bugger though. Actually worse are my stingers. I get shooting pains from my neck to my shoulder sometimes; probably through rugby. I can dislocate my shoulder now at whim, which is a handy party trick. But uh, yeah, anyway, don't knock pins n needles! :D
  9. Well, I went to the Mathews street festival. Was brilliant, all these cover bands like "Definately Mightbe" "Jean Genie" "Stereotonics" "Coldplace" etc and some real bands like the Stranglers. 48 hour night out, was great times :D
  10. Welcome to Runescape! Aaargh! (Burnt cake examine I think :D)
  11. Smeg - a variety of uses, primarily to curse. Tickiteeboo - everything's ok Sound as (a pound, on a merry-go-round) - as above. As Larry - To show one's happy Foxtrot Oscar - (Work this out for yourselves :P) It's all gravy - It's all good Safe - Safe and sound What the frog - basically, WTF There's loads more but: Can't be bothered, Some are inappropiate. Some others I don't use: Sendin' me west (miaaate) - Probably best described as 'trippin' Goin green - He's gonna be sick Gone white - Scared stiff
  12. Here's a game for you. It's called "Click the X button"

    Gas Prices

Yup, it's been this way for donkeys years.
  17. Heh 1 year 2 month then :P Get with the times Bubs
  18. Why do you bump 2 month old-dead threads?
  19. Wrong Board. It's nothing like cricket. I don't care what you want. Spam.
  20. I don't think it logs what enemies you've killed, other than a few quest NPCs. For Jagex to make so every NPC killrate was recorded would take awhile. I can't see them doing it. It wouldn't be accurate anyway, as it would have missed out about 4 years of killing.
  21. Gah, remember hard rocks and soft rocks :P The current system is the best but what I mean is the ore won't disappear so quickly. You've all seen the guy with the rune pick mining iron, one click and it's gone. While s/he should still be able to do that, it should also accomodate for others to have the remotest chance. It's all down to one's pid currently.

    Zombies

Psh, zombies are noobs. Ghosts > Zombies.
  23. A bit like mining in RSC, the rock didn't disappear instantly allowing others to mine it as well. I do like the idea, there would be far less complaining and ultimately less rule breaking via less abuse or temptation to auto. The rocks need a revamp to for a higher chance of others to mine it simultaneously.
  24. I know, can't you read the disclaimers? I know, but then again so is clicking a screen for hours on end to be able to hit 44s Better believe it, tubby.
