If you're only doing it for exp, I would indeed suggest Torstols. Yes, they are risky, but for the risk, you get the extra exp (something you value). If however, you would be more interested in guaranteed profit with mediocre exp, I'd say go for Snapdragons, they net me ~3m per 50 seeds.

Don't think you'll find anything decent with 200-300, so what I'm suggesting is buying a midi controller just to get a hang of it (it's around 50-100) and save up for something bigger if it turns out you really like it enough to make that big of an investement

Trust me, they will implement it whatsoever. Two reasons that make me say this: - If they would now totally discard the project, they would lose their credibility. And with that, a good portion of the player base. It would also stop 'old pkers' and whatnot to come back, meaning a loss in revenue. - If the amount of votes was somewhat reasonable (meaning even like 750k), they would have still implemented it. They just did the referendum so they could blame the players if something went wrong.

What's the hourly rate there? I understand you're using the Favour pots + Scentless? Also, is that the best spot for hunting? I'm getting around 210k-225k or so per hour. Depends on how many commons you catch. I only use zamorak favours, not scentless. Already had enough of tracking by making the hunter pots. And yeah, I'm quite sure that's the best spot for draconics. You do now that you can ward off the common jadinkos right?

The reason I use super prayers mostly is because of the 'cheap' herblore experience. Super prayers are still way cheaper than super restores (coming in at around 120gp/point), so you get herblore experience and you 'save money'. Not that anyone would use super restores while slaying, but I hope I made sense. About your argument that 28 -> 21 is not that much of a difference: it is. You have 7 more inventory spaces, which can be filled with overloads or other things, which is especially handy at Tormented Demons or Barrows.

Should point you to the fact that Conquest is way faster than Pest Control. If you like chess, you might even like Conquest, so be sure to give it a shot! And to answer your intitial question, it sure is worth getting. Once you have the full set of robes, it's only 200 points per combat helm (mage, ranged and melee) and all sets can be used in various places , like slayer, Tormented Demons and Barrows!
