I'd use iron arrows, and you could probably try to tank at giant spiders in SOS where people afk train melee. Or use bronze arrows w/o pickups.

Pretty sure you get around 100k xp per 1k bursts.

50m ish if you burst rock lobbies for charms and stuff, but you could probably use fire wave on steel dragons and might break even in the long run.

Mummies in CT... They are almost as good as Ape atoll, but they can drop charms and rune skimmy/sq shield/ancient staff (after dt).

Here's an inve you should take with you: teletab runes for spells about 7 Antifire pots (4) for every 2.5k spells you cast 20-30 ish high alch runes. Axe I'd take 876 coins so you would already have a coin placeholder 1 super ene pot (4) if you need ene 3 sharks/lobbies/monks. Leave some spaces for loot.
