Yea you can but you have to get some thingy ma bobber. I am not familiar with mac's but I do know there is something you can buy\download that will give you the ability to do so, and yes you can play RS on a mac usb mouse (Y)

i work with ipod support o i know a lil about macs... just make sure you have the mc os x 10.3.9 combined update with java installed and it should work
