  1. Again, cook Sharks from around 85. EDIT: Here's some calculations on the amount you'd lose (starting at 81) if you chose to do sharks at 85 instead of 94: 81-85 Swordfish = 7,613 - Raw Swordfish = 3,760,822 - Cooked Swordfish = 3,357,333 - Net Loss = 403,489 85-99 Sharks = 46,552 - Raw Sharks = 48,693,392 - Cooked Sharks = 43,898,536 - Net Loss = 4,794,856 Total Fish Cooked = 54,165 Total Net Loss = 5,198,345 (any burns would add to this, not significantly though) 81-94 Swordfish = 41,085 - Raw Swordfish = 20,295,990 - Cooked Swordfish = 18,118,485 - Net Loss = 2,177,505 94-99 Sharks = 24,238 - Raw Sharks = 25,352,948 - Cooked Sharks = 22,856,434 - Net Loss = 2,496,514 Total Fish Cooked = 65,323 Total Net Loss = 4,674,019 So if you do sharks at 94, you'll cook about 11,158 more fish IF you don't burn any sharks before 94. Even if you do, it won't change that number a whole serious lot. So if you chose sharks at 94, it'll take you about 8-10 hours extra, and save only 523,831. So if you can make over 65k an hour, it's probably best to actually use Kent's method.
  2. I'd cook lobbies to 81, swordies to 94, and sharks to 99 (with the cooking gaunts, of course, as that's the respective level when you stop burning them, to minimize loss).

You can also use some circus clothes (I used my clown clothes).
  4. Yeah, I'm looking to do some quick-ish training, I'm going to be planting trees before I go to bed, then sleep and go to school, and then while playing, do some other farming (and check my trees) and then plant more trees before I go to bed again. I was wondering how many watermelons you'd get to see how expensive it'd be, but it is really expensive. So should I just plant some herbs during the day when I'm on?
  5. Ok, thanks for considering, Ouchy. Remember, you have plenty of time to get it done.
  6. For the record, I said I was interested in what it's like to be in the army. I however am not interested in joining the army. Ah, I misinterpreted that.
  7. Lol see if we can make like...100 pages!
  8. Lol yeah, I suppose, after this post, there'll be about 13 posts on this page, so only 7 more until page 13!
  9. I'm looking for a banner to put on a player-made guide. I have no requirements except for the text, so you can have complete fun with this. I just want it to be hunter related (of course), and say "Vulxai's Guide to Hunter Ultimacy". There is no deadline as of now, so feel free to take your time, as this guide won't be published for a little while yet (I'm gathering all data on my own, not taking other people's words for it). So just take your time, and have fun!
  10. id say something like 15-30 with super compost/magic sec planting about 50 exp picking about 50 exp for EACH watermelon Oh wow, that's a lot more than I expected! Thanks Asianboy! Can anyone narrow that gap down a little bit? Or is that the closest you can get?

That is true, but you have to look at it from a level 63 mage viewpoint (the OP), and I think that whoever said that Wind Wave is better until 80 mage has a point.
  12. Vulxai replied to gero204's topic in Help and Advice
You don't get the potion from the quest, it's something you can achieve after the quest.
  13. Vulxai replied to Igor's topic in Help and Advice
The higher the spell, the more likely for a splash and less damage, so Wind Wave would be a better choice. And since the brothers have a way different mage defense, there might be different outcomes.

Slayer darts even better than fire wave. Depends on your magic level Wind wave's max is 17 and uses 1 blood per cast. Slayer darts max is 10+ 10% of your magic level and uses 4 minds and 1 death. Since deaths and bloods cost about the same; If your magic level is less then 80 and above 62 there isn't any reason not to use wind wave. 80 and over slayer dart does more damage and is worth the extra cost (minds). Remember wind wave uses one inventory slot less then slayer dart. Slayer dart is better than any of the wave spells, doesnt matter what level, ive tested it. How many runs did you test? When I went and used Wind Wave, I hit better than when I used Slayer Dart.
  15. No, I'm just interested in what it's like to be in the army at that age since I'm around that age. Ah, well if you want to know anything, let me know. You have to do some research though to make sure the military life is for you, and the kind of job you want.
  16. Lol I'm not a pie person, but I'll take 20m hunter xp  All I do is bump your thread with meaningless posts lol.
  17. If you slayer, you'll get charms (as stated), so that'll cut down on the costs you'll ultimately need for bursting.
  18. Ok, it's been a long time since I've farmed. About how many watermelons would you get per seed with the magic sacetuers? Also, I get the experience from planting, and then that experience that's for picking is for one piece, right? So if I picked, say, 5, I'd get the picking xp times 5?
  19. ???

Vulxai replied to Gary121091's topic in Help and Advice
Put your question in the topic instead of "???". OT: Avianses are winged creatures in the God Wars Dungeon. You can only attack them with mage or range attacks. They aren't the strongest, and drop addy bars quite frequently, making them a decent moneymaker.

Nope, you don't need to unlock it to use the tab.
  21. It depends on whatever your level in the skill you use it is. Just take your level and times it by 10. For instance, I used it on my smithing skill (all 10 bowls), and I got 660xp per bowl.
  22. Use a cat on Wendy, she'll mention she needs a potion to change cats, go back to betty's dungeon and talk to lotti again, she'll mention you need to redo the whole pet swapping cages puzzle, do that (it's harder this time, there's some good posts on the help and advice, including a youtube video that I used), then open up the chest again, grab the potion, go back to wendy, use the cat on her, after that conversation use the cat on her one more time and voila! A purple cat!
  23. He knows that, he mentioned he needs 10k yew longs, he also said that he'd buy the rest of the nats.
  24. Congratz! I just did it too. I got me a purple cat as well lol. I used my experience on smithing (6600 less xp I have to worry about).
