IIRC, the area where the bank is you can't get attacked, but you can be attacked in the area where you charge the spells. I didn't have to worry about it since when I did it, I never saw another person.

You need about 99k willows to get to 99 woodcutting, so just time yourself for about 10 minutes and see how many you can get. Then times that by 6 to get how many you can cut in an hour, then keep goin from there.

If you want a barrows set effect, you need the weapon that corrosponds with the armor. If you're getting a set with a different weapon, you're better off getting a whip and rune defender. Depending on what your doing with it, you might want to get different sets. Guthans is good for long term training, and Veracs is good for KQ hunting.

You're better off getting a whip and rune defender as the dharoks axe alone isn't too good.

If you have access to Fairy Rings, theres a certain ring that'll take you to an abyssal area that doesn't skull you or drain prayer, but it doesn't have access to rune altars.

The only other thing that I can think of that cures poison other than the anitpoison is the prayer book from Great Brain Robbery and a lunar spell. But I've been to the nat alter plenty of times and never been poisoned.
