Personally I like the dbaxe, and d scimmy. I use the dbaxe spec to raise my str 20%, then switch to the d scimmy for fast strong hits. Dragon Battleaxe needs the Hero's Quest to use and Dragon Scimitar needs Monkey Madness to use.

A would be better for the prayer bonus, and I didn't even fight so def is not that big of a deal as long as you have pray. It can get quite long if you don't have all the materials. And the only runes I brought was for the ardy teleport so I can go and restock. I would bring about 4-5 prayer pots and some sharks just in case you run out of prayer. The jungle demon is strong against mage, so I wouldn't suggest maging it.

It doesn't matter what your using to determine how many tokens. It's all random. I've got a rune defender within 2k tokens, and I've got a friend who used over 5k tokens before she got one.

Depending on how long you play, you can probably get it done in less than 2 weeks. There's a lot of variables to determine how long as well. You have the variable of how many points in a minute you get, how much damage you do in a game, the xp per point goes up as your level goes up, you get a 10% bonus for cashing in 100 points at a time. So it can only really be estimated. EDIT: I used a script to find out how many points you need to 99, and it said 5702 points.
