If wanted, I have 59 Range, I'll be wearing full blue d'hide (full red when i get to 60), Mage short, Iron arrows, Archers helm, and Ava's attractor (even though it won't pick up my arrows). Also, how many iron arrows should it take to get to 70 without picking them up? With picking them up?

I believe for that quest you need to use silverlight to kill him, but I'm not totally sure on that. As for can you kill him, as long as you have food, you should be able to, he's not that hard. And the Ice Queen is a pushover, very easily killed.
