So simple solution, don't act like a Muslim. (Note: this was intended to be humerous, and was NOT insinuating that all Muslims are terrorists. It was [humerously] insinuating that Americans and our governmnet have an unjustifiable bias against/fear of Muslims.) While I have no problem with Muslims your statement that it is unjustifiable is laughable, maybe you missed when Muslim extremists flew planes into our buildings. In my opinion it's amazing that NOT EVERYONE hates them. Consider they attacked us AS A PEOPLE, not one guy because he was American. So while i do believe it is wrong i think it is more than understandable or "justifiable". Considering that it wasn't each and every one of the billion or so Muslims that did so, but a small extremist group... It IS unjustifiable to hate many for the actions of a few. Exactly. If you'd hate every muslim for the acts of a few, I'd have to call you Hitler as an analogy. While I have no argument that very few Muslims are extremists many more than people realize are anti-American. And before one of you starts screaming "I'M MUSLIM AND I DONT HATE AMERICA!" just stop. I believe our view as Americans is very narrow of the world, our media focuses on stupid thing's like tiger woods affair while the Israelis captured an Iranian ship smuggling tons of weapons! And apparently we got bored of the Iranian people protesting the vote, well after we got bored guess what happened there were "trials" and people who opposed Ahmedenijad were killed. All we see is little kids saying "Thank you America!" And that's dandy, but what we don't see is kids that same age yelling "Death to America!" which yes, does happen. and any time someone tries to show us that many of these people DO NOT LIKE US they are immediately labeled racists and liars. OPEN YOUR EYES the world is not the movies where the bad guy realizes he was wrong in the end! Iran is developing new nuclear plants and all we are doing is "Imposing Tough Sanctions"?!? Yeah that's working just great. I apologize for my long rant but it's been brewing as for the original topic, I've never been good at expressing my opinions when they are complex so forgive me and I'm no longer going to try. Also what I think I didn't convey and maybe some of you don't understand, is that ignorance and sensationalism makes anything make sense. We're talking about muslims, not Iranians. While the vast majority of Iranians are Muslim, the vast majority of Muslims AREN'T Iranian. Can you really blame the Iranians for hating American, though? If a country came into your country and started a war for something you probably had no idea about (I'd really not get into the whole 9/11 thing, as my theories on it would get flamed like no other), would you like them?

Personally, the only real reason to take supplements is if you're hardcore into body building and all that. If you're just a casual joe who works out to stay in shape and feel good, there's no reason to, although it won't hurt.

not to mention they have a worse mining speed then a rune pick.. They have the same speed as a rune pick I don't agree... I mine alot and SC pick isn't worth it. It really is slower than rune pick + you gotta spend 20 minutes per game to get +20pts. Which means you loose 20 minutes of mining to get double xp for about 20 minutes. Makes it break even, so why not mine with r pick than. No id on the d pick question though :( If you go with an sc clan, you can finish a game in maybe 10-15 minutes. Even with this shorter game time, it's still not worth it, however. The only reason I would suggest it is if you LOVE sc and HATE mining, that way it'll seem better to you, which is really all that counts.

If you can, get a pull-up bar. I have one and I use it throughout the day many times. If you can't do a pull-up, do assisted pull-ups until you build the strength to do one. Do some super sets. One thing I like to do is do regular pull-ups, regular pushups, close hand pull-ups, close hand pushups, wide arm pull-ups, wide arm pushups. Do them right after another until muscle failure. Also, for a six-pack, "diet over exercise" isn't exactly true. While you do need a diet to keep the fat from continuously building up, you need to actually build the muscle, as well. Start off by doing crunches, bicycle crunches, captain's chairs, and the sort. Mix it in with a LOT of running, as that's what burns off the fat to reveal the muscle. Don't just do rectus abdominus workouts (the "six-pack" muscle), work your obliques and your entire core as well. A stronger core will beat out a stronger six-pack any day. Cardio is definitely your friend. If you want something that can really rip you a new one, try plyometrics. Run in the mornings (I love running in the mornings, especially if it's misty out). Start off slow, but gradually build-up. Something I did in basic was what's called 30-60's or 60-120's. Basically you'll sprint as hard as you can for 30 (or 60) seconds, and then walk for 60 (or 120) seconds, sprint for 30 (60) seconds, walk for 60 (120) seconds, and repeat for about 20-30 minutes. This summer (when I'm not at my summer AT), what I'll be doing is going on a half hour jog in the mornings (nothing too strenuous), then continue doing some cardio (30 minutes of plyo), and vary my routines. That's a very good tip is to vary your routines, it's called muscle confusion, it'll get you results faster and keep your from peaking. For instance, Monday's you can do Chest and Back workouts, Tuesday's you can do solely cardio (plyometrics for instance), Wednesday's you can do Legs and Back, Thursday's you can do cardio or something different like yoga (don't laugh, yoga can kick your [cabbage]), Friday's you can do Arms and Chest, Saturday's another cardio day, and then Sunday's can be just a day off. I'd mix in an ab workout every other day.

If there isn't the slightest of idea of God's incentive, why is the concept of God so popular? I mean... If one of the purposes of religion is to explain the things we do not know (such as how we came to be), how comes it's popular even though the explenation is 'lacking'? Because back in the day, there were no explanations for anything, and a lot of people needed something to believe in. They needed someway to explain it all, and this was their solution. Through the years, they just passed it along to their children, and it's still passed down through the generations, however in this day, more people are starting to question it instead of just believing blindly.

I've actually recently been using the P90X recovery drink formula, and I'm enjoying it.

I've practiced a little parkour before (however I prefer not to do it in the winter). It is great fun if you work up to it, and I find it to be a great discipline!

That's actually a really tough question, but if I felt that it was a matter of keeping our freedoms and our way of life as we know it, I'd let the revolt happen. If it's people rioting over an abortion ban or some reason like that, I wouldn't stand down.

And if they find out about it, they'll find out what it's about, and if they have even the slightest hint that you guys are planning some sort of rebellion or revolution, they'll put an end to it and call it a risk to national security or something with the intent of treason. I guess your right. In a corrupt government situation like we are talking about they can spin anything to be anything. Still, I believe in the American people. It's kind of an odd line, it seems obvious that a government should be able to put down a rebellion early, but our first Amendment in my opinion doesn't allow this (as long as they aren't violent). To a local guy: I'm not going to hide the fact that I am far right conservative, but it still disgusts me that in every political topic I post in that guy comes in and starts slinging mud. My opinion is this, forgive me I forget who said it, "I may disagree with what you have to say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." Also i should probably say this, the more I hear about the Patriot Act the less i like it, it seems like an easy path to government abuse, but I think IF USED PROPERLY it is exactly what we should be doing. I have the same opinion on national security as I do my own household, if you enter it without my permission, I will assume you are doing so with violent and lethal intent and will not hesitate to replace your organs with lead. To summarize if I think you are going to harm what I love I will do whatever it takes to make you wish you'd never come here. While we do have the freedom of speech and assembly, if it does in fact threaten our national security (or if they can somehow spin it into that way), it will be put down. But your last point is exactly how the government feels, if they feel threatened, they'll make you wish you hadn't threatened them, so to speak.
