Personally, I would say no, because I'm not going to pay for guides to a game. I'd rather just play it how I'm feeling at the time, just have fun. I'm already paying to play it, I'm not paying to get information. Just personal opinion.
  2. I actually did regicide with 53 agility, so you don't actually NEED it, but the guide does say 56, so I see no change needed. Feel free to PM me if you wish to discuss this further. Thanks! ~ Vulxai
  3. Familiarisation is a recent D&D. Basically, you find an obelisk with Pikkenmix (Pikkupstix's apprentice), and then you'll enter the obelisk, and you're transformed into a familiar, and you walk around the area picking up raw shards while avoiding certain familiar's who will reduce your energy bar, and once it's gone, you'll get booted out of the plane. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=familiarisation.htm there's our guide on it.

The cheapest is cleaning herbs, as that can net you profit, however it's not very quick. I'm guessing you're buying all your ingredients? In that case, I think Serum 207's are still the cheapest, but you'll use up a bankspace since I don't believe you can note them or sell them.
  5. Use them in junk trading?
  6. Codguy's actually been pretty busy lately, so he didn't mean to ignore you by any means. As for me, I've been pretty busy myself, but I'll be sure to let the other crew know to check it out and do what they can.
  7. I've never once in my rs career gotten a good clue scroll...99% of the time it contains black armor...I wish I was as cool as diesel
  8. The only reason people farm herbs is for the money. Those going for experience use that money to back their fruit tree/tree investments.
  9. For cardio, I do interval running. It burns fat quicker, and actually improves your muscles better than long distance running, as long distance running, since it's usually a slow pace, actually has been shown to atrophy muscle a tad, since you aren't working it much. If you're unsure of what interval training is, it's basically sprinting, then walking, and repeat. You'll find a nice size area (you can go straight or in a circle, just make sure you have enough room), sprint for 30 seconds, and then walk for 60 seconds. Sprint for another 30 seconds, and walk for another 60 seconds. Keep repeating this for about 10-15 minutes. We did this quite often when I was in basic training (the days we didn't do our 5-7 mile runs), and it really helps. If you have a weighted vest, you could try to add that later on down the road. If you want self improvement, I'd work everything. Do the interval running for the cardio and fat loss, do some pushups (and do all sorts of variation pushups for the best results), crunches, pull-ups (build up if you can't do them, place a chair in front of you, place one foot on the back of the chair, and use it as support, don't stand on the chair, just support yourself), and squats for some legs. Make sure you don't work the same muscle group more than one day in a row, your muscles need about 48 hours to heal (depending on the intensity of the workout), so I'd group them. Do one or two muscle groups a day, and then another one or two the next day, and just keep going until you start repeating yourself. Unlike most muscles, your abdominal recovers quickly, so I'd actually do an ab workout every other day. Drink PLENTY of water, but don't down it, slowly sip it throughout the day if possible, and take a drink here and there during your workouts, but don't overdo it so you don't get cramps during. Listen to your body, if it tells you to stop, then stop. There is a difference between burn and pain, and it's quite distinct once you get used to it. If you need a bit longer of a break, take it, but if you go a few minutes, then your muscles will have cooled down, so it's best not to take too long, if you have to take more than that, you're probably done. QUALITY over QUANTITY. Don't let your ego get to you. If you can do 5 correct pushups, that's better than 15 incorrect pushups. Perfect form will always beat out number of reps. As for the diet, I'm not even sure of a good diet, as I'm bad at figuring that out, but make sure you get enough proteins and carbs throughout the day. There's a plethora of online resources available to assist with diets and such. Good luck on your venture, and stay safe!
  10. There's only one way to get better, however I would start off by jumping rooftops or wall flips, just simple with some vaults, and do some conditioning exercises to build up. If there's a Parkour gym in your area, I'd definitely go check it out. NEVER jump roofs until your ready. At my local gym they stress this enough. Practice by testing how how you can jump/how far you can jump and go form there. That was a huge typo, I mean "I wouldn't".
  11. Very true. :P Does the penance horn double the exp from Turgall and how long does it take to fill up the horn? Those are the main problems and if it doesn't/takes ages I may as well go back to AA. I'm not sure about doubling exp from Turgall (I would think No, but I'm not for sure). It takes, IIRC, 11 games to fill it up from wave 1-queen.
  12. Actually, I believe we do have a script to calculate it, it just wasn't properly edited, but as Xena stated, this has been fixed.
  13. Alright, well thanks for the submission! We'll look into this to see how exactly to change it. If anyone has NOT done this quest, feel free to help us out. ~ Vulxai
  14. Thanks for the confirmation image! Just for clarification, this is the part that's changed, correct? 2. Go to the Varrock Museum and talk to the Curator and ask him to sign your recommendation (unstamped letter). Bank Varrock Required: cup of tea, stamped letter Is it still an unstamped letter when you hand it to him, then changes to a sealed letter? Or am I in the wrong spot completely?
  15. I don't believe it does, as far as I'm aware, I'm not sure anything boosts your summoning level.
  16. IIRC, it's somewhere along those lines.
  17. Until you think that those who ARE lower level will EVENTUALLY be high level, if they keep playing. Low level has plenty of contend to finish still. I have all quests done, all diaries done except for finishing ardy elite, etc. We need more content because we've accomplished more, and we deserve more content for funding jagex for years. And I agree with LEP and Morning. Racheya, you are so (seemingly) infatuated with jagex, that you always come to their defense. That isn't necessarily bad, but people do notice. She wasn't really defending jagex, she was saying it's annoying hearing everyone complain every week, which I agree. Why can't people just play the game to enjoy it? If you don't enjoy it, stop playing, it's not exactly rocket science. You are right about the possibility of lower level players becoming high level players, but the VAST majority IS in fact low level. It's just business to cater to those needs more than the needs of a very low percentage. They're trying to attract new players, and by releasing high level content all the time, it could intimidate lower level players. Now, I'm not saying that they shouldn't release high level content, which I think they should, I'm just saying if those who are complaining about it were business people, they'd do the same thing, whether they're willing to admit it or not.
  18. That's completely up to you. What do you use doom3d4life for? What effect would mage have on that character?
  19. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I have went through and (hopefully) fixed them all. Please don't hesitate to submit any more submissions! ~ Vulxai

  21. Don't forget your bolts either , I'm definitely no expert at Jad, but that looks pretty decent to me for a set-up. lol another thing i forgot to list in the equiips lmao...how many do you think ill need to get through the 360's and Jad? is 350 or so enough or should i just make it 500 even? Diamond (e)'s? I took about 300, and used maybe 100-150 getting to Jad (only on 360's, but didn't always switch from broads). There's probably not much harm in brining extra's just to be safe. Okay sounds good, i think i might switch 1 more restore with 1-2k broads just to be safe for the 360's so i dont use up all my diamond(e) bolts on BEFORE i make it to Jad since that was my breaking point last time around when i ran out of bolts and got ko'd xD Lol better than my last time...I ran too close and got [cabbage]slapped and died...haven't been back since because it's kind of boring, imo. Anyways, good luck, and be sure to post your results to aid other following this!

  25. Sounds pretty good to me, I'm not sure how Guthan's will fare on the healing, but if it don't work out, bring the EE and you can easily make it all the way to Jad. Good luck!
