Work your way to Mourners End 1, pick flax spin it and sell it for 200 each. Pick at Lletya and spin at Lumbridge, if your lazy try Cammy. I use this Method. House Runes, 1 air, 1 earth, 1 law. Saved me a plenty! Only need about 45 contruction and an uncharged glory, 2 teak planks. Saved me a plenty of time of recharging. Low on runes? Just craft them, making laws can get annoying for the fact you can bring a pickaxe. Nice guide! And yes I have been pked a few times, stupid tele blockering mage! Already does, when thieving from HAM members you take less damage if your lucky. It says your agility helps avoid the blow. But yes I think so for all NPCS.

I tele out using House Teleport and wait til I die, I come back with my whip and armor and she leaves. I'm fine with pkers since they want to waste their time and runes trying to kill me, doesnt bother me unless I die. Or get poisoned and have to wait. You can die in your house but lose nothing. Not true, Guthans is only tradable if it is either 100% repairs or 0%. Other than that Guthans + God Cape + Bandits = greatest exp. Guthans is totally worth it, the price will add up if your up against heavy hitters. Think about it, sharsk(independant variable) + 15 hours = (variable) while with Guthans you could save with the heavy hitters, its worth while and worth it.
