  1. Not needing runes would make magic too easy to train. A faster version of the dark bow would overpower range.
  2. Actually, 92 is half of 99. But that has nothing to do with what I was talking about. I did not take into account the fact of swapping out weapons for STR training. However, with the SS (which is faster exp/hour than a d scimmy and defender) your exp/hour get closer and closer to a whip. So with the gap closed to an even closer margin, I do believe that training them individually, even though you have to change weapons, would be faster than controlled. Well, SS has the same stats as a whip, but with whip you can use a defender. OFC it would be faster than controlled.
  3. if you camp for a long time, you WILL notice the difference.
  4. Umm its exactly like a skillcape. Its just like a 99 tbh. even though its more work. I think it should be treated like a skillcape because its to show you mastered something. So its just liek the skillcapes. I think that's where the similarity ends. A skillcape is a 99 in a skill. 13,034,431 experience, while a quest cape is that someone finished every quest. You can measure skill levels, you can't really measure quests as easily (ex. "I have 98 Firemaking", shows you almost have firemaking mastered as a level, while, "I have 149 Quest Points" doesn't show what kinds of quests you have done- easy, average, hard, just the bare necessities?). It's not directly a grind to get levels like a Skillcape is, often times it's puzzle solving and thought, or even just following a story. Yes, you can use a guide to make it easier, you still have to do the puzzle, or deal with anything the guide writers overlooked. But the "puzzles" are very easy. This is a game designed for those -10 years old. Sure, some might be confusing, but once you "get it " its really easy.
  5. By melee farcasting do you mean hit and run or D hallying? Either one is not as effective as another GS' special. By freezing, although it helps in PvP, is simply a waste of special. ANY of the other specials is better, since you need a k0. Plus, even if they run into a bank, you can still attack. Running under and eating is a good idea, but complete waste of special.
  6. But then you must factor in time. You see, all three elements(time, money, charms) Although you COULD use the money to burst lobs, money could also be gained from the tiem SAVED from bloated leaches. In the short ru, the pyrelords are better, but as the exp increases, so will the gap between pyrelord and bloated leaches. The gap results in charms.
  7. Charms. Charms takes a long time to obtain. Factor that in. Also, swapping pouches for shards is another plus.
  8. This is exactly what I mean. Maybe you learn in school that you can finish things with violence. Maybe you think you have friends in game that are real, and are nto pixels. But please. Pixellated stats arn't everything. Its quite sad how pimple faced teenagers can really defile the english language.
  9. Pyre logs do not sell at all. Some people buy them for burning shades and such, but it is very rare.
  10. Pretty nice. I would have liked more p2p, but w/e. You do infact safe alot though. On f2p its hard to hit over 30s.
  11. You arn't prefect. If you refuse criticism, then you are bound to fail. No one is perfect. Just saying "lets go fight in RS" is a childish way to settle things. Plus, You DID loose a hell of alot of stuff, but I won't get into that.
  12. It changes every 30 sec.
  13. Sorry, but no it isn't. Each "dry" kill is just that and nothing more, they won't increase the odds of getting a whip drop as you imply in your post here. Not a bad guide overall though. Barrows helms pwn neitiznot and berserker though. I know but its kinda a bad pun thingy, and barrows donest give str bonus, like neiznot and zerker don't be one of those strength obsessed people, balance is the key to a good combat setup. I think it is all opinion. Being of of those "str obsessed" people myself, I don't really find I need that much Defense. Sure, I loose a little bit using Neit, Torso, and Tassets. With a whip and rune defender, my def is pretty low. But the phrase a good offense is a good defense really proves true. You can kill something MUCH faster. It also depends on what you are doing. If I was soloing bandos, then yes, I would go for a mro edefensive gear. But if I was training, then I would go all out offense. Sometimes I use a DFS to offset, but I rarely need it. Lets compare Build Equipment Slot Item GE Price Helm of neitiznot Change 52,000 Amulet of fury Change 2,700,000 Fighter torso Change N/A Bandos tassets Change 9,400,000 Dragon boots Change 280,700 Gloves -Barrows- Change N/A Berserker ring Change 2,000,000 Fire cape Change N/A Abyssal whip Change 1,500,000 Rune defender Change N/A Attack Defence Stab 43 Stab 238 Slash 124 Slash 251 Crush 41 Crush 240 Magic -50 Magic 18 Range 13 Range 226 Summoning 128 Other Strength 128 Prayer 11 Now a more "defensive" set. 14. You should have a key that looks like [Fn]. It is usually a shade of blue. Press that, while pressing the keys. A key may look like this(sorry, it looks ugly, but you get the point) ________ |XXX | |(key)| ----------
  15. I enjoy pretty much everything. Although I gave up on slayer, I liked every task. The Black mask was a plus for training. That was pretty much what got me onto slayer. The only tasks I dislike are the ones where you are committed to a certain weapon or armor.
  16. Pretty nice. Not a very original title, but thats not important. You did fall into the trap of adding too many special effects. I know it is tempting, but you MUST NOT use them excessively. After a while they get annoying and takes away from the PKing. I noticed that you do safe quite alot though.
  17. I am sorry, but your clan mates have no clue what they are talking about. ZGS spec is useless in every case except maybe Saradomin Godwars. Nothing to do with magic.
  18. He suggest either bunyip or guthans. No need to rant and degrade yourself.
  19. No support. You could just get your clannie to suicide, then train by blessing/repairing. Even if it IS just a little bit. It is still something.
  20. Nice. Very interesting to know.
  21. Very basic guide... You show a equipment guide. Not bad. Invent shot, but thats also self-explanitory. You mark the route, but if you have 85 slayer, you should know the way. No other info besides that. Whip price is off. You should give credit to tip.it for the dopr list.
  22. Its not as much as Graahk. Use it if you don't have the lvls for it, but otherwise don't. You can assist slayer rings, but YOU must have unlocked them.
  23. Are you suggesting burning shades? If you are, then its a very bad way to make money. Are you suggesting to sell pyre logs? if you are, then sorry, but they don't sell...
  24. Very nice. For power mining granite, a Enchanted Water Tiara is needed, as humidify costs will add up.
