Go to varrok castle and cast it on that one zammy monk under the stairs, he recovers from succesful spells in less than 1 sec (well at least curses). Try him out and see how it works. ~Ddaanniiellh

With your stats, that should be simple, as you stated. Bring nosepeg + proselyte/initiate and pray magic against them. Bringing a salve amulet and holy wrench would help. You can also use food against them with high mage def ~Ddaanniiellh

Its a multi combat area, and they use ranged attacks. Overall, they don't hit that much if your armor + def is suuficient. Bring some food or guthans to heal occasionally. ~Ddaanniielh

You can also go to the evils chickens layer (there are 3 or 4) to kill black dragons. You need a raw chicken to use on the chicken shrine in zarnias. ~Ddaanniiellh

What me and my friend did was poison him, and then let him slowly die (2nd form), while we hid nearby. Just try running a distance to get him stuck. First form should be easy to kill. ~Ddaanniiellh

Open ur mind up a bit. Think of where most clan wars and huge pking teams are....F2P! If would be a huge advantage to let f2P have wildy capes, especially for all those clan wars. Also, there are a limited amount of cape colors on f2p, so what happens if you're team runs into another team with the same color also :lol: Chaos! ~Ddaanniiellh

That would depend on how much you run, but I would say around only 6k xp an hour =/...thats saying that you do 1 inventory of steel per 1.5 min. Try figuring out how long it takes for you to run to the bank, smelt the ores and then run back. Divide 60 by that time, and then multiply by 157.5 xp to get ur xp per hour. Steel smelting is the most cost efficient way...but definitely one of the slower ways. If you can mine mithril, and once you can smelt it, make mith items and then alch them. You get bare minimum profit if you do some items (taking into account cost of nature runes), but thats what i did for smithing xp on f2p (Got to 63 smithing on f2p). Hopes that helps ~Ddaanniiellh

Its not really efficeint for training because it has a high cost, and need to recharge after a certain amount of uses...that seems to be used too quickly. ~Ddaanniiellh

For the people that said they did at a lower level...I believe they made Elvarg a bit harder now. I recently went to help a friend with it (Combat in high 50s) and he used over half inventory of sharks/lobs (mixed) fighting it in addy armor + rune scimmy. She seems to hit a lot more often and faster than other dragons. But, I think you should be able to do it, just get a rune weapon, and if you really need, keep a friend nearby with more food that can trade them to you. ~Ddaanniielh

Just to add to question number 1: It also depends on the pkers in the world and which path you take to get to the zammy mage. On average I take around 1 -1 1/2 min per trip if I don't run ~Ddaanniiellh

Abyss gives 1/3 normal xp...and cannon gives 1/2 of normal xp...so you get 1/6 of normal range xp...absolutely horrible. If you're gonna cannon, go to the lighthouse, its very effective there. ~Ddaanniiellh

If you unlock ancients once you hit lvl 68 mage, you can cast blood burst at the bandits in the desert,which is very very fast xp if you have the money to buy all the runes...will cost a lot, they will all attack you if you attack one...and there are like 20 in the bar, same result will happen if you have a god item on you. ~Ddaanniiellh

Is it possible to set up multiple cannons at once and fire them all at the same time? ~Ddaanniiellh

It is 50% of hp and 10% of prayer with a minimum of 10 hp healed and 5 prayer restored. When you use the spec only though. I found it on the KB ~Ddaanniiellh

Both P2P and F2p do not need more bank space atm, I had plenty space on F2P, you just have to watch what you keep, and truly need. Also, on P2P, I have done nearly all quests, and i still have a row and a half of space left (Including some junk that I could probably use or throw away). ~Ddaanniiellh

Yes, you can save your progress between wave. However, i'm not sure how an update will affect it. Log in and find out...theres no other way atm. ~Ddaanniiellh

I like def mostly (Going for 99 def ie. no more atk and str til then), so i wear the d med. I use the neit helm when i'm barrowing or fighting people in duel arena and need the extra str bonus only. Have one of both if you have the money 8-) ~Ddaanniiellh

Just take all herbs that are id in ur bank and make them into pots to get ur herblore to 37, shouldn't take too long. Or go find a quest or 2 that gives herblore xp and do those. With ur prayer lvl you shouldn't use more than 1 dose per trip, unless you get very very unlucky. ~Ddaanniiellh
