Are you f2p or member and what is your current mage lvl? For F2P, cast them on lessers in karamja volcano using safe spots For P2P...not too sure...didn't have that low of a mage lvl on members ~Ddaanniiellh

Get your prayer to a min of 43, as you are going to need protect from melee...unless you want to get near killed by dharoks. Also, if your slayer isn't 55, get it to 55 since slayer dart is the most cost efficient way to do slayer, and as stated above, raise your mage up to a min of mid 60s. ~Ddaanniiellh

I am P2P now, but I was F2P for the first 2 yrs of my RS life. Does it make me a scum just because I wanted to stay there? I was able to pay, just that I felt as though I had plenty to do on F2P that I held back from getting P2P. For treasure trails, you need to access certain areas that are only available if you do certain quests. Work on some member skills so you can unlock all the different areas. I think that no matter how you do it, it will be more xp doing this, than regular rune crafting, cause you get higher up runes plus 2x xp. However, for cost efficiency use regular rune ess and make airs. ~Ddaanniiellh

Don't use on black dragons, the rune c bow seems to do better with emerald bolts than the c bow does >_<. But its definitely not cost efficient on them. I would use on Blue Dragons. ~Ddaanniiellh
