I am only 13 years old, I herd about these cards that you go to a gas station or anyother store like that, ask for the card give them a sertin amount of money (putting it on the card) then you got a 'credit card' (sort of) what I need to know is if I can get one at my age, what there called and what stores could I get in the USA.
