Based on beginning and ending opts and how controlled the fight. Clans who start and end with similar to higher opts tend to be the winner especially if the other clan lost a significant number.

I believe it includes the rare drop table and specific drops like tassets.

RoW doesn't matter if lootsharing, only if you're FFA or solo (since the drops are solo then not lootshare) It should increase your chance of rare drops if you're soloing but it shouldn't decrease drops unless by increasing rare drops it technically decreases less rare drops.
