Flipping Hell. So Much Work to Do Aaaaaaaaaaaa. Only got ~50k agility xp yesterday, but I did get 84 summoning and 82 ranged from Jack of All Trades/Penguin and Circus. Halloween event was entertaining. I really want to actually finish a playthrough of Borderlands soon, but I really don't see where I'm going to find the time. Also, pretty sure Skyrim is out of the question entirely. Don't want to spend money. :| Back to studying.

Zug. Zug. Zug. I kind of quit RS for two or three months around the end of summer/start of school year, but I'm kind of back. Somewhere between summer and right now I ended up getting 92-96 agility which is kind of strange since I didn't try all that hard for my levels. School is really busy, so I'm aiming for 100k agility xp per day, (~1-2h/day) which will get me 99 agility in a month. It's not that concrete of a goal though, since I'll often have much better things to do. I finished Arkham Asylum last week. Great game, can't wait for Arkham City on PC. Also finally got around to grabbing Hellblazer: Vol 1, new edition. Sad that Vol 2 isn't released til new years. I'm a stickler for having consistency in my series. Funny how I never got into comics til university. Though I guess the comics I like aren't really geared towards the younger audience anyways, being mostly from the Vertigo imprint. Rewatched Constantine and the two Nolan Batman films. Keanu Reeves's version wasn't bad, but I wish there was a film that more closely followed the comic. Anyhow, a bit of agility training, then to bed.

99 pyro get. Yea, I've been playing tf2 a lot recently. Mostly as medic. :shades: I think I maybe only have 9 achievements left from the medic pack. mostly assist ones which are a pain to get with publics. Firemaking at the Jadinko lair is a joke. Apparently you can fail at burning them at lower levels, but I'd recommend switching over as soon as you can do it. Finished Babylon 5 as I got 99 fm. Halfway through CANAAN.

The member size requirement for clan citadel tier progression favours large clans over small clans. While it should be recognized that larger clans take more effort and difficulty managing, similar progression in the guilds of other mmorpgs show that this type of system tends to cause people to flock to larger clans since smaller clans who do not want a massive population are being locked out of progression. It also causes tremendous difficulties for fledgeling guilds to start up. How much will people who prefer being in smaller clans be penalized in terms of content? I.E. How big of a difference will we see between the bonuses offered by the tiers? Will it come down to a choice between a small group of friends and being able to progress one's citadel? Why not base progression via collective time invested instead so smaller clans can progress, while still allowing larger clans an advantage?

Interesting bit of info. I was wondering about the penguin side of the plot myself. The party controls for this quest were just terrible. People say they are an improvement over the frem saga's controls when they were released? I've been putting off doing the fem sagas, I'm not sure if I want to do them anymore if the controls are as poorly implemented...

Geddemnit! Gotta Update My Blog That No One Probably Reads So I guess it's been a month since I last made an entry here. The last thing I remember doing after writing this blog was getting the lava mine gold mining gear and starting to smith away. Anyhow I've kind of stopped playing RuneScape for the current moment. Finishing up summer school, final exam tomorrow, gedeemnit. Been playing some EVE Online, that's been fun. I guess?! I joined a corp to see how far up the corporate ladder I could climb, but it turns out the CEO is a complete idiot, and our alliance got double wardecced or something, and the alliance leader and our ceo is handling things pretty poorly, so I'm pretty much gonna bail and see what my other options are. I've made a few contacts within the corp though, who have already bailed/are also bailing, and will be an asset to me in the future. I may consider joining up with some folks from my old corp I was in a year ago. Dunno. THIS IS A RUNESCAPE BLOG?!?! Pretty hyped about SW:TOR I guess? I wasn't before, but after E3's trailer... daaymn. trooopa TROOOPAAH!! Anyhow, I'm almost done writing the post for Cabbagepalooza 7, which will be from July 10-17th, so keep your eyes peeled on the events forum for that if you are interested... That reminds me of a piece of advice I've heard: If you draw something and you think it looks alright but then you flip everything horizontal and things are out of whack, then you've done something wrong and your eyes are playing tricks on you!

*scratches head*. Don't these competitions just encourage people to no life? Yea, I remember when they made fight caves not require a single log-in session to finish after complaints about requiring an unhealthy amount of time. These days Jagex seems to no longer care and has given in to the nolife grindy nature of the game (-> completion capes, 120 dg, castlewars cape, etc).
