I can see that you've tried it on them, the slayer and agility ones look the best. The prayer and quest capes don't seem to have much at all. What program and method are you using? Some make it easier to fix this than others. ;)

Notice how the cape is facing to the left? You also need to make the text/image you put on the cape look like it is facing that direction instead of straight at you. Think about how perspective works and I think you'll be able to get this. They look great!
