When I played, i enjoyed skills, the only thing that would get me into combat was Slayer.

There should be no post requirement for making topics. Let me explain... When I joined the Tip.it forums, I wanted to post a question. That was essentially all I signed up for at the time. I was able to go and make my topic right off, because there was no requirement. On another forum, I also joined just to post a question. They have a limit: you need just 2 posts before you can make a topic. They did this to keep the spam bots away. Smart idea... mostly. You would see people making posts like "cool' or "nice" within a matter of minutes of each other... then they would post their topic. So... I haven't seen a spam bot at Tip.it in ages... therefore I see no need for this restriction.
