I know this'll probably get locked and I know it's a long story but I really want to know what I should do about this. Ok what happened was, my account was banned for billing problems. I had sent a payment to Paybycash through eCheck (which is where you type in your checking account number, almost like paying by credit card). When I sent it however I got a message from Paybycash telling me that the payment could not be processed at that time. So I sent Jagex a message through the website asking them, and I was told that the billing system was having technical difficulties at that time and to send another one, which I did. After sending the second payment, it was processed and I received 91 days of member credit. After about 5 days, however, my account had been banned because the checks were somehow refunded and I had those 5 days that I had already played, which were not payed for. After about 2 weeks of messaging both Jagex and Paybycash, I learned that the reason for the checks being refunded was that I put my current address, and not the address on the check on the form. The address on the check is one I had just moved from and I wasn't sure whether to put it, so I decided that it was better to send my current address, in case they wanted to send me a letter. Wait, there's more. Then I was informed that the first payment I had sent, the one when Jagex was having technical difficulties, was indeed received and was also refunded because of incorrect billing info. So now I have to not only pay the $40.00 payment of the checks but I also have to pay $25.00 for each check refunded, for a total of 90 USD. First of all I shouldn't have to pay for the first check at all since it wasn't processed. I also think the $25.00 fee is unreasonable because it is such a small mistake, though I understand why I have to pay it. Now for the advice I need: Is there anyway I can chat with a jmod or have a quick conversation with somebody, rather than waiting almost a week for a reply, because if this is the case it'll take me a few months to get this resolved. This will cost me $90.00, half of which I think is unreasonable, just to get my account restored to free status plus even more money to make it a member. Thank you for reading this LONG post and please help me. To turn this into a discussion I guess: What's the fastest way to contact Jagex CS and do you think they should make more efficient ways of contact?

The wallpaper looks pretty nice and yes I don't recognize any of those armors and the platebody definitely looks like dragon...*hint hint!*

Meh, it's ok I guess, I'm very dissapointed that there's no new skill being released. Halloween update isn't really anything to look forward to since we know exactly what it'll be. I can see some problems with the shared loot system IF it also works in the wilderness. The shop thing will destroy the economy for runes and probably herblore (vials) unless they raise the shop price very high, but even then the merchant's prices will just go up *hint hint*. The minigame is somewhat interesting getting xp to 3 skills in one day sounds pretty fun, but it will probably be a bit harder, so you get less xp.

One I've always liked is "A word to the wise isn't necessary-it's the stupid ones that need the advice" It's funny because it's true :lol:

I use tip.it for the bestiary and the useful maps. I'll admit I use Hq for quests and Zybez for prices, but then again tipit doesnt have a price guide.

Why do you need a DFS and a d sq :-k Pretty nice stuff, you have all your armor needs but what about food and runes and such? 10/10

Mario part was pretty funny :lol: I have to agree that sometimes I play games just because they're so outrageous. I'm a Nintendo fan and that article made me realize that almost none of their games are realistic at all :XD:
