Sounds like you are in the basement of Draynor Manor where you do one of the F2P quests. You should be able to climb up the ladder you came down. If it's to dark to see the ladder change your screen brightness on the Runescape controls. Moving this topic from the Clues forum to the Help forum which is more appropriate.

As other have said. Follow tip.it's guide, Leester's guide and Satenza's guide for lower levels. Don't try to melee them, you'll waste more prayer pots and sharks than it's worth at your level.

That's Ogre Island. You swing across on a rope. Level 10 agility required I believe.

That's probably Ogre Island which you only need 10 agility to swing across on a rope there. If this is not it, post the coordinates of the clue.

If you are not playing how would you know? The new construction skill was a huge update. You can't expect it to be perfect the first time. As for the bug abuser. In my opinion he got what he deserved. I applaud Jagex for banning him.
