He's a lot easier than the Sara mage. Level 74 or something like that. Only uses flames of Zarmorak. Just protect from magic and he should be easy.

You need to have at least started The Legends Quest to get into that jungle.

If it's the map piece with the three volcanoes a Zammy wizard will not pop-up, but it sound like you already know how to beat them.

I had a Turoth slayer assignment this weekend and got a level-3 clue after only about 25 of them. I guess just be patient.

Welcome to the forum. Almost all question can be answered by tip.it's Treasure Trails Guide. The guide is quite large. Sometimes it's easier to search that page for a unique keyword. In this case search it for "magics". Good luck with your Treasure hunting.

I believe you have to kill the captian to get the key. When you talk to the captain there's an option to challenge him. Try that.

If you beat him once you should be able to repeat that same attack every time he pops up. The Zammy wizard in the wild co-ordinate clues is a lot easier.

Depends upon the location. If it's west of the sleeping troll you can run up the path and range him. If it's on top of trollheim the thrower trolls won't attack to while you're fighting the Sara Wizard.

He's not new. He's been part of the Desert Treasure Quest all along. When you carry around the diamonds he may attack you.

I use a little different tactic. I range him. Once he pops up turn on protect from magic and move back until he stops chasing you. He will just be using Sara spells then. Just turn around and nail him with arrows or magic spells. He may poison you with his DDS before you break contact so make sure to bring some anti-poison and food.
