  1. Level 3s can include noted cooked lobbies, swordies and sharks. Also Blood and Nature Runes.
  2. Check tip.it's Treasure Trail help. It should be in there. http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?page= ... tm#search2
  3. I get this happening every time I go past a certain point in Yanille. I have to believe it's some kind of java bug when switching scenes. I run a AMD Duron CPU and Microsoft's Java. When I get a chance I'm going to try switching out both of these items and see if that resolves the problem. Switching Java is the easier of the two.
  4. You need to at least start the legends quest to do these clues. Otherwise drop the clue and stick with level 2 clues. Digging in Kharazi Jungle is quite common in level 3 clue scrolls.
  5. Sure I've been killed in the wild doing clues. It's part of the the adventure. Try carrying only a slashing weapon, spade, clue, chart, sextant and watch in the wild. If you are going to die drop chart, sextant and watch and you'll keep the clue assuming you didn't get skulled.

The Saradomin wizard is quite a bit tougher than a Zammmy wizard. He's a level 108 and uses a dragon dagger which he will poison you with. Always take anti-poison. He also uses magic on you like the Zammy. What I do is as soon as he comes up I put protect from magic on and backup until he stops chasing me. Usually 4 or 5 squares. Then I range him from there. He won't come back at you. Same tactic should work for mage. For mellee I don't know the best tactics. I guess carry lots of food and either protect from magic or mellee.

  9. I'm a computer programmer and I couldn't get on-line last night for about 20 mins. then once I got on every thing was ok but a little laggy. Something's wrong and it's not just you.
  10. I never get mimes and I'm almost constantly ranging. Don't know if there is a correlation.
  11. Assuming you have completed the Underground Pass Quest, the Regicide Quest guide explains how to get there. http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=73 I've seen maps of the paths, but I can't find them right now. Make sure you take some food, anti-poisons and tele runes with you.
  12. I hardly ever get a mime or maze. Maybe 1 in the last 3 months. I'm wondering if it has something to do with almost all of that time I have been ranging. :?:
  13. No, I've done over 20 level 3 clues in the past couple of months and can find no relationship between the difficulty of the treasure trail and the reward. Busted my butt for junk and sometimes get surprised with a good reward for a relatively easy one. And it doesn't make a difference if it's a 4, 5 or 6 step level 3 clue, wild or not or even what type of monster. Sure seems to be random to me.
  14. Check the Market of Saradomin for going prices.
  15. And don't forget to bring a weapon that can slash a web or you won't get far.
  16. Try turning off auto retaliate? If it's the location I'm thinking of, it's on top of a mound on the east side.
  17. I do a lot of level 3 clues. Just like most things, the more you do it the easier it gets. Figure out what works best for each location. There are a lot of tips in this forum and tip.it's treasure trail guide. I use to hate puzzles, but now I can zip through them. Don't give up! tip: When doing clues in wild only bring weapon, clue, spade, chart, compass and sextant. If attacked, drop spade, chart, compass and sextant. You may end up in Lumby, but you'll still have your clue.
  18. Check the tip.it treasure trail guide F.A.Q. section. Answer may be there.
  19. Yup, that's a dangerous place, but here's something to try the next time you have to go into the wildy for a clue. If you get killed you keep 3 or 4 things if you remember to turn protect items prayer on. So take the minimum amount of items you can and if you get attacked drop your spade, map compass and sextant. You can get them back pretty easily. Don't forget a weapon that can slash webs and kill a level 74 Zamorak wizard.
  20. Being f2p the only way you are going to get it is by buying it from a member. I would suggest picking a skill like wood cutting or mining where you can make a lot of money if you get your level up and then check the Zamorak's Forge forum for what you want.
  21. I had this happen. Go back to the king at grand tree and get a royal seal.
  22. I've noticed Runescape crashes a lot this past fews day. Nothing has changed on my computer.
  23. As far as I know any co-ordinates in the wilderness will bring up a Zamorak wizard. He's not to tough (level 79 or so). Any other co-ordinates clue will bring up Saradomin wizard. He's a little tougher (level 120 or so). And he usually poisons you with his dragon dagger. Have fun.
  24. Two paces south of the north western most gold rock
