The Furthermore makes it sound like its positive compared to the speed of MSB doesn't it, or that depends weather you think the Seercull spec is better than the MSB spec - right? It says it shoots as fast as a Crystal bow, and a crystal bow shoots slower than a MSB. Also the spec is useless unless its being used on a mage, or possibly if you yourself are maging and you want to lower your oponent's magic defence.

You know that a 99 cape untrimmed is the same as an obby cape, right? Just a bit weird how the 2nd best, and 4th best capes have the same stats. I'm writing this purely without a notion of monetary value. NOT TRUE. Trimmed cape has a prayer bonus...obby dosn't? Major differnceover here... He said UNTRIMMED skillcape. Read before you post.
