Why stop after increasing the skill cap for hitpoints. Why not than have 117 cooking not potted. Leave the skill caps where they are, and don't try to change them.

I can't really understand the suggestion, but i think you mean see what people are doing. It will take to much space on servers and will cause lag. To have something for every player it will be bad.

I usually skill most of the time. The only time i don't do it is when i have to sell stuff form my bank. All of my friends stop playing a while ago. Hopefully when i get my membership i start doing quest.
