Yup. That's the biggest threat. EVERYTHING that I have paid for on the net with my card will ask me "Do you want to save details", even then you still need to type in the CVV number (aside from Steam, but GL hacking that since it wipes your CC details if you try to buy anything from another PC). Those that dont ask to store details, WONT because it's a blatant invasion of personal privacy and security risk. When I did the 75 spin to record the outcomes, not only would it not allow me to pay via PayPal, but it didn't give an option to say "can we store your data?", It just did. (Thankfully I removed it from my account in an annoying and badly setup manner.) Point is, Jagex shouldn't be allowed to do this, with such a weak and flawed security system.

Valve try to shove as much shit as possible into the game (mostly hats) without fixing prior bugs basically. Imagine you had an image folder that was kept all nice and tidy and sorted. suddenly you found an image you liked but as you saved it, it didnt fit into any category of folders you had so you made a new one. repeat this 10 times then you start making multiple sub-folders for them for different variations etc. eventually your folder is a cluster[bleep] and hard to navigate. That's essentially what keeps happening to the TF2 Data over a large peroid of time when valve just keeps spitting little things out so frequently.
