  1. Actually it just stands for emotional.. and people come up with their own perceptions of "hardcore" emotional people to the extreme.
  2. This is intresting comming from a few people who can't raise themselfs, let alone judging another individual for their parental choices.
  3. Education = Knowledge = Money Few study just to study. Most know at the end of college is a high paying career.
  4. Basically the world revovles around money, so the concept of this experiment (volentarily only) is to determine "how much your worth" in terms of cash. Here's how it works I am worth 84$ every 24 hours. I am worth 3.5$ a hour. I am worth 0.06 cents a minute I am worth 1 penny every 12 seconds. For those who do not know how to do it, here is the forumula. Take your total pay in a 24 hour period of that day, and divide it by 24, that should give you your hour worth. Then divide it by 60 to get your minute worths. I'm sure you can figure out how to get the seconds. Amazing.. My worth living is only 1 penny for 12 seconds of time. Some people out there get 50 cents PER SECOND they live. Amazing differences. Well share your worth!
  5. Obviously this part I know. Unfortuantly as much as people like to think the "Customer is always right", they really arent, and stores will do everything in their power to make it a win win situation, and not just a we lose out, you win situation. Alright, going to school and then to the interview after, thanks everyone. Tip it'ers get free toys from you nowz?
  6. How exactly would that work? When our troops were fighting insurgents, they was not allowed to use gernades, also they could not call in any types of airstrikes or heavy armor. Thats basically tieing a soldiers 1 hand behind is back, hand him a pistol and say "Go get em!". Were not using 100% of our force, were just playing ring around Iraqi. Bush keeps pushing to fund this war, but he is never pushing to end the war, and why waste 190 Billion when most of the American people want to pull out is beyond me. I honestly think this is a war that cannot be won simpley due to the fact its more of a political campaign to most than a actually war. Kinda sad IMO.
  7. Lol this is a awesome thread. Someone give me a Lolcat. I love the Morphball acquired one the best!
  8. Someone has proposed another 190 Billion to fund the war. Seriously.. I say if you really want to win this war, unlock the political bondages you put on your troops and let them get at it. It will be ended in less than a month. But noooooooo.....
  9. No. Stop copying and pasting. If this story really is important enough, then you should be able to write your post with your own words while providing a link to the original article. Shocking comming from a paper clip.. I thought you would want more paper :ohnoes:
  10. I vote for a title change. Fake Ninja's rob store. Noob Ninja's rob store. Wannabe Ninja's rob store. What the hell.. rob store
  11. That's a completely false statistic. I was going to call the nuclear powered WW2 sub into question as well. However, American reactors favor Plutonium. One pound of plutonium is radioactive enough to kill every human being on Earth if it were distributed equally. Say in an explosion at a nuclear plant, where dust and smoke would carry it for hundreds of miles? So he is correct in saying that one submarine could kill all mankind on Earth if it were to meltdown. That's technically, another false statistic. Chernobyl was as you said a freak example, safety measures have improved a million-fold since then, so that kind of meltdown is virtually impossible in modern reactors. And they also said no way in hell could God sink the Titanic..
  12. Anyone seen "Ask a Ninja" on youtube? Now thats a REAL ninja! lol!
  13. Lol all this is.. is SLIDERS. Who has the remote XD
  14. Its because your kirby and pink.. Cute Avatar cryztalwing I hope this movement fails as well!
  15. I heard a stastic once, that if America was to fuel its economy with plants, it would take up 97% of its crops to do so, leaving 3% of the rest of the land for food. That would mean all our food would be imported.. and thats one hell of a security risk. All a nation needs to do is say "I will not give you any food, and if everyone did that, America would starve to death. I think what we really need is renewable energy but in a Mix. Wind power, solar power, hydrogen power, ect. Then set up each state into zones which how the power is supplied.
  16. I consider myself Chaotic Good. Not every law is the "right" law, so thats why I didn't go for that one. GUNTHIX, IT IS THY!

  18. I think this has been said before, but most animals have little/no ability to make choices in their diets. Humans do and meat isn't required at all for us to survive. Its not Humans fault that we have choice and animals act purely on instinct. There is a big gap in difference between killing a cow to live and killing a cow for fun. Given that we do have a choice and informed decisions, it seems in our best interest that we do. I actually find it funny the way you phrased your second sentence. Commercial industry doesn't kill cows so we can survive. It kills cows so people can enjoy the taste of meat, essentially for fun. I'm sure there are people out there who rely on having to kill animals for protein and other nutrients, but when you're driving down to the grocery store and picking up 2 pounds of ground buff, it's not for survival. This is what confuses me about the community, their a paradox. First, some people here claim we are animals to the very core, nothing but savages when kicked out of society, where morality holds no place in us. Then, we should have morality and be less cruel to animals because we have choice, but only that apparantly happens in developed societies where morality issues play its part, but deep inside us were just really savages, so why care at all? Well here is my final opinion, refute it if you will but it will not change my mind. In nature, all animals kill each other to live. Man kills animals to live to, this is how its always been. If you want animals to recieve special treatment, I suggest you start raising a animal fund raiser ASAP. And Dark, I guess we just buy food to play with it. Apparently eating meat has nothing to do with us living inspite the fact its required to live. Hypothetically we could all become vegitarians. Realisticly.. get real, your not going to convince 6 billion people to switch their diet plans. And last but not least, this is about animal cruelty, not survival. Besides, what would you guys do if we all became vegitarians and a major disaster hit, like the dust bowl. You would go starving to death.

  20. This is my stance as well. Animals die everyday and feel pain from other animals which is okay, but comming from a human "omg torture! emo signals flaring!" As stated above, I don't agree with unncessary cruelty, just the fact that they are mutually our food supply and must die for us to survive.

Apparently this community just loves trolling people for fun without actually waking up to the reality of the situation. The guy is on his way home so he doesn't break the law, but time was against him, he apparently doesn't make it and gets handcuffed and fined. 3 Minutes out is not 1 hour out, so its not like he's just playing around the whole time, he's going home TO OBEY THE LAW, but apparently a stuck up cop gets ahold of him. His Mom, who's at her own house minding her own business.. gets fined for whatever reason is also stupid. Its like a cop comming up to your yard, investingating making sure everything is okay.. and then saying "well this isn't, heres your 100$ fine". I'm pretty sure you would be pissed. And please do not even say BS about "you will be happy when they are saving you". Well there was a shoot out at my old neighbor hood, and the local police was too scared to show up, so the police from the OTHER neighbor hoods had to come which wasted time and that means a few guys could have already lost their lives. Cops are not given enough credit for what they do for obvious reasons. I have a few friend cops and I know why. Most abuse their powers. I have seen countless of times where the law cops are suppose to uphold are onces they break. Such as turning on their lights to get by a intersection just so they do not have to stop. Once my cousin showed me a trick, a cop was about a half a mile behind us, and my cousin went the speed limit (40 MPH), and he said "watch how the cop catchs up behind us". And a few minutes later, the cop was behind us. Obviously to catch up, the cop himself had to break the speed limit. Really, you guys are giving cops to much credit. Need I mention the innocent girl getting maced for no reason?
  23. Not neccesarily, whats easier, changing millions of american's attitude, or simpley say "Buy this car that runs on water instead". I'm pretty sure we have such technology.. however the oil companies are making far to much profit. That won't work, the hills are now plains
  24. My assumption for the ending of Halo 3 (even tho I don't know the story) is that you die and probably the earth blows up, but YOU SAVE IT just before it does, and die in happiness.. and then 5 minutes later.. BOOM! THE EARTH BLOWS UP Then it says GAME OVER with FF7 Ending Music at the end.
  25. But most factories produce more ozone as pollution. Ozone is much more buoyant and lighter than chlorofluorocarbons. We should be replenishing the ozone layer faster than we're destroying it. Ahh... you're right they do produce ozone, but this ozone doesn't actually get off the ground much, let alone into the atmosphere, and low level ozone is a very bad thing indeed. To tackle climate change, you have to change attitudes not only in America, which I feel has been slightly made a scapegoat in all of this, but the entire developed world. You gotta stop the idiots who drive all of those long four miles to work on their own in car when public tranport, or even cycling, suffices their needs perfectly. Or the ones that drive two minutes up the road to the supermarket 'coz they can't be bothered carrying their bags home. It's only by making people (and it has to be said, it's the majority of people) think about the consequences of their actions things will ever be solved. Thus, anything the UN can do would be for the most part useless, unless that message is backed up by local authorites. So everyone who uses a car they bought and paid for are idiots for using it to drive themselfs, even if it is short distances? Those that accept global warming and climate change is due to human activity, and then go and do such things whilst still saying, "Oh, something should be done about it", are, frankly, being hypocrites. The fact they paid for that car is regardless and irrelevant - there is still no actual need to use that car and contribute to the problem. That is the attitude I'm talking about. When I said 'idiots', I'm referring to people who use excuses like "It's four miles away and I have to walk for public transport" as a justification. Because it's not a justification at all. Maybe if their work was ten or fifteen miles away, I'd understand, but if it's such a short distance I really see no need. No I really don't see your point. My Job is 5 miles away, but I calculated it, and If I was to walk there and back on foot, it would take me 2 hours there and 2 hours back, which could be turned down to a simple 15 minute drive there and a 15 minute drive back. 4 Miles is a LONG way on foot. Public transportation is not free either, and cycling takes less time than walking but still consumes alot of time. Even with cars, people barely have time these days, atleast I know I don't have alot of time, and i'm sorry for being a hypocrite, but 4 hours is one hell of alot of time to waste, especially when no one else is going to jump in the fray and walk with me, having 0.00000000000001 effect on global warming. However, i'm not 100% hypocrite. I get dropped off at my job which could be considered car pooling :P
