Yes, you are allowed to use the same card for multiple accounts. I definitely wouldn't try again with another card before this one gets sorted out. Especially since you've already been charged. I'd suggest contacting your bank and/or Billing Support. (Main Menu > Customer Support > Billing > General Billing FAQ > Submit Billing Query)

[hide=80 Herblore][/hide] Considering spending some money on 95+ ranged and some prayer levels. Warrior says to get 85+ ranged before I start using chins, so I might start doing that..

Been planning out how I'll raise magic also.
