I tried the altar at Ourania again for a couple hours. 27k experience the first hour, 28.5k the second. I don't get how people are claiming 30k~ experience an hour here :| either they don't include the time it takes to fix pouches, or I'm missing something. I'm always on run (super energies), I use tele to Ourania and tele to moonclan isle to bank, and I fix my pouches 2 or 3 trips after the giant one degrades so I fix them fewer times in the hour. I don't get it :S I'll check again at 85 rc. For now, I'm going back to lava runes.

If I just bring melee (veracs) I pray against dharok always. I use leftover prayer on karil if I get him in his crypt.

Thanks, Death :D Got a veracs skirt just now The ZMI altar is interesting. Very good exp, decent return for one's ess. At level 82, I was making about 28k~ exp an hour teleporting to the altar and teleporting to moonclan to bank. I'm sticking to making lava runes though (29k/hour with the steam staff). Banking is easier when you only have one rune to deposit, and I'm kinda already commited with the number of binding necklaces I made :) Glad lavas are still faster after this update (phew).

I bought the emeralds around 1.1k each and some friends helped me craft/enchant the necklaces :) my equipment and inventory when I'm crafting lava runes: I tele to al kharid using the ring of dueling, cast Magic Imbue (level 82 Lunar spell; costs 7 water and fire runes and 2 astral runes) to bind my lavas, then use the ring of dueling to bank at cwars. Before I bought the steam staff, rc exp was around 28k an hour (crafting deaths when fixing pouches). Hope that helps. 80 Farming :D

Hey there, Mr Moderator. Looks like you're doing great. Keep it up :)

The "In-Room" policy is a decent one for teams which are formed from a forum or a monster hunting clan where everyone may not know eachother too well. Roles that are essential to getting the kill(s), such as a suicider, or 'tanker' or whatever, definately deserve something. At Dag Kings (haven't really taken a crack at the GWD yet), better stats, experience, and gear generally allow you to stay longer. If it's my effort, skill, and risk that allows me to roll the dice more often than someone else in a single trip, then I think that's just nifty ;D Example: someone Maging Rex suited up in proselyte, taking Sharks and Prayer potions vs me taking Veracs, brews, and Super restores. Mr Proselyte didn't try very hard and he definately won't stay as long as I will. So when he leaves it's My Trip and not Our Trip. I think that's fair. If I leave early, my trip is done. The team (and their drops) is no longer my concern and I can go on my merry way. Perhaps even getting ready to go back for another trip with another team. Again, I think it's alright for a 'general rule.' With friends, come up with something everyone can agree to :P

woooooo 80 Runecraft about 1/3rd of the way to 91 rc :) :) :) A couple nights ago I won a set of full Veracs and some other armour and weapons (yay for trivia games) :D! So I have barrowing gear again :) Barrowing until I'm out of p pots (started with five 4s), or til I can afford Ahrims (and perhaps Guthans). [hide=Guthans chainskirt and Torags hammers] [/hide] I'm planning to use up all my lava runes casting Fire Bolt at Steel Dragons. Roughly 100k casts. 325k more lava runes and 50k Death runes to swap for 100k Chaos. Should get me at least 92 Magic. I figure if I can get some presents using up the lava runes, then 91 rc will have paid for itself (in a roundabout way). :uhh: hah.
